Zen Japanese Massage

Been going here for years. The staff are always fantastic, great massages and very professional. Kouki is an awesome physio, really knowledgeable, explained everything and help my pain in one session. Would highly recommend!

The people are nice but the premises really needs a clean and a revamp. It's really run down and tacky. Dirty walls and floors. Really old worn towels and massage tables. It's not clean, it's cramped, the massage tables are covered in old pillows and nasty throw away covers. I guess I expected nice clean Japanese massage place but instead got a run down old massage parlour where obviously the Bosses focus is on making money. The massage was Remedial and ok but definitely not worth it. Will l go back. No way

4 stars to the friendly staffs and their good massage skills. But I will only give 1 star to the environment! I understand that this is not a luxury spa store but they really need to improve their cleanliness. The smelly breath hole and tacky towers are disasters. I may come again because of the techniques but please please make the massage rooms clean and smell-less.

Excellent massage. They have a wall of specialists in different areas you can book in with. From deep tissue, remedial, physio & even stretching.

I have been going to Zen for about 1 year now. I get a remedial massage once a fortnight. Ive never had a bad experience. I will be going to Zen for years to come, highly recommended.

I got Shiatsu massage and it was good, my rock hard back got softer after half an hour massage. My husband also got a great massage. We'll definitely go back again and higly recommended.

They were very kind and friendly people and they were very comfortable.
And the massage technique was perfect. It's so satisfied.

Whilst the customer service is good, the staff change and not good quality of massage. The staff use their elbow most of time and hit my spine and then pain next day.not professional massage. In addition, the massage was done only on my back although requested whole body. My friend also had a bad experience. When wiped off oil with towel, the skin was rubbed too much and the skin was eventually turned to red and pain the rest of the day. It was an unpleasant experience.

Went in for a quick massage and they did not disappoint. They targeted the requested area and relieved some muscle tension. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Japanese Zen massage! They have great practitioners and they consistently provide great massages. I like that they listen to what I want and follow through with a relaxing as well as therapeutic treatment every time!

Not only did they treat my symptoms, they went that extra mile to diagnose the underlying cause whilst patiently explaining the biomechanics to why the symptoms were recurring.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. Nothing but praise for the team at Zen!

I dont like giving 1 stars to businesses as it's not a good look, but wow, the customer service here is below 1 star.

As a local this is one place I will not be supporting and telling other people about.

I have been going to Zen Japanese Massage ~monthly for over a year now and I've found it to be the best massage shop in all of Sydney. The staff are always friendly, smiling, and professional.

They have a diverse set of therapists with different specialties, and I have found Mia to be the best for me in terms of getting rid of my aches and pains.

Very good masseuse, definitely one of the more professionals in the area. Very polite, great services and great massages!
