These guys support their products! 10/10. Sent in my Leatherman Free K2 for some small repairs - was replaced, no questions asked and posted back to me within 24 hrs. Phenomenal service - thank you!

Absolutely fantastic. I had a led lenser product that I required some warranty assistance with, and Ian from Zen went out of his way to help. 100% - will definitely purchasing led lenser again given this level of support from Zen!

The service from Zen Imports is second to none! My old Leatherman supertool that I purchased in 1995 ended up years later having one of the blades break. I filled out the warranty claim online on the 30/11/21, posted back the Leatherman on the 01/12/21 and on the 10/12/2021 a brand new Leatherman Supertool 300 was delivered to me. I wasn't expecting a brand new one, thought they would replace the broken blade. What an excellent company to deal with!

Just WOW.
Like Josh 3 months back, I managed to break a blade on my 17 year old Leatherman Wave.
I sent it off, expecting to be contacted with a cost to repair it, but instead, was advised that a package was on its way - warranty replacement.
That's just amazing - thanks Zen Imports people.
Only pity is, that 5 stars is the maximum rating available - 6 of of 5 from me.

Sent back a 24yr old Leatherman with a broken blade, service was top notch and the support staff were super helpful and responsive. Warranty service was A+.

These guys deserve a big wrap for the way they handle there warranty claims
We have number of LED Lenses torches that get a hard time on farm
Any time I send a torch damaged or in need of repair unit back with letter explaining the situation, and generally offering to pay for repairs.
A replacement unit turns up in the mail
No questions asked
Very rear these days
Why would I buy any other brand torch?
Besides they are a fantastic product

It is unusual to have amazing service but this team of post sales support must have an amazing coach or manager - congratulations i will always buy led lenser. While Aussie post didn't deliver this team could help with tracking and I have my replaced product. Now I can light up the sky again!

Fantastic! I was silly enough to try and cut a car tyre with my 15 year old Leatherman and broke the sawblade off. Replaced with no questions asked. Thank you!

Brilliant service. Got my Leatherman CX repaired after the blade broke and got it fixed no quibbles. The turn around was less than a week Thanks so much, best warranty service I've ever dealt with. Take note, this is how companies should operate. Keep up the good work. 5 stars from me.

Great service, (phone) customer service are helpful and knowledgable, quick turnaround from receiving item (from post) to sending back.
I was advised my replacement item was on back order and may take a few weeks to come in, less than a week later I received my item in the post at FNQ.

The people here at Zen, do their providers a great service.

My only wish. Is that other companies were just as on the mark as the team at Zen =P haha

Leatherman warranty superbly dealt with by ZEN IMPORTS first time ever sending in any of my Leatherman’s for repair extremely fast and no fuss repair you may pay a lot for Leatherman’s but with there fantastic warranty and zen imports quality service and quick turn around time I certainly wouldn’t buy any other Multitool product thanks again

Staff are so friendly. Brought my broken leatherman super tool 300 in and they replaced it immediately. Even when I called up on the phone they sounded so welcoming. 10/10 experience.
