Spent hundreds of dollars here getting a brand new sliding screen door installed. The latch broke a couple months later. They are now refusing to honour the warranty to fix it. They want us to spend another couple hundred for a fallout fee to fix it. Gonna have to take this to fair trading to sort it out. Such a hassle!

Very happy with the look of our new blind as it's only new I cannot say as yet as how its workmanship will stand up to daily use.
