65 I have been training with Zak on and off for years. I have a few injuries at the moment and Zak is really customising my sessions to help me build back my strength and mobility.
I am learning new exercises every session.
I was recommended Zak by a close friend, I felt like my body was falling to bits from years of trade work. Zak helped me rehab my injuries and get my shoulders, back, knees and mobility back on track and now I can train without re injuring myself. I recently started a 6 week challenge with Zak. Now my diet is back on track and I have lost 12 kgs in only 5 weeks! My energy levels have increased dramatically and am looking forward to losing the rest of the excess weight!
Love training with Zak. I took the 6 weeks nutrition challenge and was effective and insightful, learned a lot on how to eat better and incorporate more protein to my diet to help building muscle. Good foundation to keep going. I feel very motivated still, which is normally one of my main struggles when it comes to training. Also, the studio is fun, great bunch of people, and sessions are personalised at the same time. I’ve done 8 weeks so far and will keep going! Highly recommended!

Zak has been amazing over the last few months, very experienced trainer for someone looking to improve. He’s been extremely patient with my level of ability, and has motivated me every step of the way. Being able to train in his studio without the chaos of city gyms has been a nice change. Zak also has helped me with my diet giving me ways to track my eating habits in a clear and understandable way.
I did Zak's six week weight loss program a few years ago and again this year (after losing my way again.) Both times I have had really good results, losing about 6kg of weight.
Zak is dedicated, very detailed and sends regular messages to hold you accountable. He can be a bit of a taskmaster in terms of not making allowances for lapses, but this is exactly the kind of approach you need to have to achieve success.
Zak is an outstanding PT who takes the time to focus on great form and had a wealth of experience. He has an in depth understanding of the challenges of training with an ageing body and recurring niggles! His program is very well structured and gets you great results - highly recommended.

Zak has been so, so great. A friend convinced me to join one of his group PT sessions and it's been the absolute best thing for me. I've never been a 'gym person' and was only going to future proof myself against aging. But I love it and look forward to working out ever week.and I'm getting stronger. Zak intuitively knows when to push me, without ever making me feel weak or out of my depth. I have now convinced my husband to see him and he is also enjoying it. Zak is kind and interested and patient and seems to do it all without effort. If you have any doubts about going to gym give him a try.
