Zaia's Dry Needling & Remedial Massage

Zaia's dry needling technique was truly remarkable in relieving my locked muscles. During the session, I experienced an immediate loosening and relaxation of the affected muscles, almost like a deep tissue massage, but even better. The treatment itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable.

What impressed me the most was the delayed effect. Three days later, I noticed a significant improvement in my muscle flexibility and reduced tension. The relief was long-lasting and far beyond what I expected from a single session.

Zaia is a genius. I have had back and shoulder problems for 35 years (motorcycle accident and sport injuries) and spent many thousands of dollars on treatment. In a handful of treatments from Zaia my pain and stiffness has almost completely gone. I can't recommend him enough. I have been to probably more than 50 Physio's, Masseuses, Acupuncture, dry needle's and doctors over the years. Had CAT scans anti inflammatory ect ect ect. Zaia did more in a few treatments that all of them combined. So please don't waste your money elsewhere as I did for 35 years Just Go visit Zaia and you wont be disappointed. Zaia is an honest person, a gentleman that will tell you if he cant help not just take your money and let you continue to suffer as i did with many other medical practitioners.

Absolutely outstanding!
I had an ongoing issue with my shoulder for >1.5 years (bursitis/rotator cuff injury) and tried just about everything to lower my pain levels (including physiotherapy, chiropractic, cold laser therapy, acupuncture and personalised training in a fitness studio to try to strengthen it). None of it gave any lasting result, some made it worse and all costed heaps.
Miraculously, Zaia resolved my shoulder issue in one session. He was confident straight away that I won't need another session/treatment with him any time soon. I was a bit unconvinced. Needles to say - he was right!

Highly recommended Zaia super nice very friendly very knowledgeable. I had tight calves and plantar fasciitis and 1 session all the pain and tightness was gone. Had to come back to get the rest of my body loosened up. Highly recommended honestly you will not be disappointed.

I have had chronic neck and shoulder issues for some years which have been treated by a range of specialists. I was in pain on my lower back since few days I could not stay sit or lay down in a same position for a little, I went to see Zaia and right after he finished the pain was gone. Professional, efficient and effective. Takes a slightly different approach to traditional dry needling on my appointment but was very effective. Very clean setup with a big focus on hygiene and communicating what is being done. Highly recommend!
