They stole $42k and i got nothing in return.they promised me they could build townhouses, then after 1 year they finally came up with a design.and charged me an extra 700k to build forcing me to lose my deposit.stay away from these peopl

Absolutely woeful, would give 0 stars!
Couldn't meet a deadline to save themselves, even late to meetings in their own office.
2 long years, thousands and thousands of $ and total incompetence, lost track of how many staff we delt with over the 2 disappointing years as everyone kept leaving.

Owner Peter is a straight up Lier, will lie to your face and then get his staff to deny it, only a matter of time before this joint goes belly up.

This is not what professionals do to make house. Building houses in half shouldn't be in a contract especially if you state "we make individual houses just like you" this outrageous coming from people like you who makes "individual" houses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!

They are unbelievable and never came back to complete my warranty jobs and the front driveway and porch looks unprofessional, final cleaning hasn’t been completed, still paints on window frames/ stickers on frames not removed/ gabs under fence and many more.

They asked $ 1500 for just a quote which I paid it.
Two days later, they called me for another $ 1500 which was a surprise to me!
When I asked my money back they told me it takes a couple of WEEKS! And hung up on me!
Careful when approaching them CAREFUL
And finally, they send me one of their plan without asking my idea and told me it cost you $3,000! They rubbed me guys.

Zachomes just built half of a guy's house in a long 3 years, Thanos could do better, faster, and cheaper! You'd really want this guy to make your half houses. And the prices of houses in Australia is pretty expensive, and please read papers closely!

So many fake bad reviews from a disgruntled customer and all his fans lol. Came here from FB, client making up a storey to play the victim and ruin the reputation of an 20+ year Aussie business because he changed his mind afterwards. So sad.

I was so lucky I ended up did not go with Zac Homes! I was so shocked watching a program on TV regarding a house built by Zac Homes. It is so pathetic!

I cannot recommend Zac Homes. I have received advice from other independent builders (after spending thousands of dollars on reports) that some problems with my house were caused by Zac Homes. I have recently emailed them 3 times with no response from them.

I am surprised, they built three half houses which are so incredibly shocking. Although they are allowed to run business, didn’t fix poor Mr Aryal’s home. Authorities need to wake up else many cowboy builders will be ripping people off!

The quality of their work isn't bad, but you can't possibly put faith in a company that thinks a half of a house is an acceptable thing to deliver to a customer.

Went to Marsden Park over the Easter weekend and met with Michael who was really helpful and happy to answer all of my question. He had some great ideas for colours and inclusions and changes that we could make to our home. Really impressed with Zac Homes and Michael.

Very skilled and professional team, so friendly to deal with and they have amazing designs. So in love with the California 32 on display at Marsden Park! WOW

Zac Homes has continued to exceed our expectations with their professionalism. Our client liaison officer Christal, has always been available and answered our questions clearly. We are very impressed with the service we have been provided. We are excited to start our construction with Zac Homes.

Geoff Masters, Senior Sales Consultant at ZAC Homes extended genuine care and his passion was evident at our initial few meetings. Geoff took the time to explain the process, provided feedback on queries promptly and handled the pre-consultation and leading up to contract sign off very much to our satisfaction.

Geoff's service certainly made a difference for us in selecting ZAC Homes amoung a few builders we shortlisted and our thanks to Geoff.

Product, Price, Service and location suited us well and ZAC Home's inclusions list was good indeed.

Colour selection process and signing Final contract was accomodated afterhours and thanks to Gavin, Sales Manager and Peter Director. We now look forward to have our new home built through ZAC Homes at

Updates: Never trust a single word from this company! Full month of lies, threatens and laws, they ask their customer to follow the laws and contract, but they can easily break themselves without any hesitates.
Their staff said their CEO will do legal review on me because of the negative review I put on the public. You can't protest their unfair rules, not telling others or talk in public? They are so experiencing with knowing laws and playing with contracts and words. Make sure you have a group of Senior lawyers behind you before enter their contract, and you must also have a strong heart to communicate with them once you locked with them, because when you have problem, all the management will either disappear or too busy to talk, you are not able to reach them. At the end, it becomes your problem that you had paid to them and they not done. They don't reply you with any written words when have problem, only from phone call, play dirty tricks behind, not any evidence remains, so smart!

Post in 2 weeks ago: They are selling house & land package, with very cheap quality interior installation! Their customer services are terrible and unhelpful when your property have problem, takes very long to response with an unpleasant solution, which is the problem is upon the customer's cost!

Don't trust them! Once you lock with them, feel free to open your pocket! If they don't follow their sold package, they can find thousands of reason to avoid their responsibility and save their pocket. They only reply you on phone call when you have problem, once they said their solution, even it's fair or not, after they completed their words, you can't ask questions back, their manager said: "I'm very busy, I can't talk, Bye-bye"

Fantastic company! From my very first contact with them, their communication has been faultless and they've gone above and beyond. The entire building process couldn't have gone smoother and I was constantly updated on everything without having to prompt them. A+ for service, design, and price. Definitely recommend them!
