We are very pleased with the windows, it is good quality, while a bit damaged thet're simple to install and very nice looking.

Absolute rubbish company. We have had faulty parts on 2 windows and have requested multiple times to have the parts replaced but there has been no response. 20 Emails later and still nothing. Can't even get a glazing certificate that complies for Australia. Stay away from YY!

This is the 3rd time my family have used YY for our domestic projects. After reading all the recent negative reviews id admit i got worried but glad we stuck with them. We were dealing direct with sales in China and have noticed you need to be throughout with checking all plans and hardware lists due to the language barrier however, products were and have been spot on in our experience. Highly recommend if you have the time and understanding in proofing your order prior to production.

Spent 100k on YY windows from China on luxury build for client. Arrived damaged and poorly put together. Seals all failed and glass and aluminum have gaps and dents in them. Called and email the company many times and get the run around constantly.

We have been hotly pursued by 2 other window manufacturers in china who offered us the windows at a much cheaper price than YY.we deciced to use YY as YY Provided excellent service and delivered an excellent products on time in the past.we are very happy to work with YY

Windows come with missing handle, damaged. Would not buy again. Not recommended. They do big weird lies for over 1 handle!

Arrived damaged. Damaged was touched up with paint. So damaged at the factory. Low manufacturing quality, glass has what looks like condensation between the internal layers of glass. Door handles missing. When i enquired yyconstruction produced photos showing some guy packing them. Photos had a time stamp showing the image was taken the same day I inquired about the missing handles. Yyconstruction are deceitful and dishonest. Warning do not use.

All the handles on our dozens of louver windows, which were installed only a few months ago, are already rusted. Both the project manager and the builder have tried to contact YY to seek replacements but no one will return our calls, emails or FB messages. Could someone please contact us?

We took the plunge and purchased windows and doors from YY in china for the first of many projects. Leon was great to deal with BEFORE we paid our $20,000 plus. The order arrived and as I installed the doors it came obvious of the factory damage (concealed inside the door jam, impossible for it to have occur anywhere but during manufacture), sliding door was bowed so it hits the side of the door jam as it closes.
Sliding window supplied without handle and or lock? Zero paperwork to help you with installation. Flywire for sliding door so bulky I'm considering not using it.
Fixed windows are good. Frame width make for a bulky look, not minimalist at all.
I emailed Leon on 3 separate emails I have and have received no reply 5 days later.
I have sent him a text message with no reply.
Of course, if my concerns are dealt with in a constructive manner I will happily change my opinion and review.

Update: I have received the sliding door lock and instructions re fly screen.
