Your Strengths Psychology

I had to re-schedule my appointment here 3 times because I had covid, then I was in hospital, then I had to work. I tried to re-schedule my appointment however the extremely rude receptionist (I think her name was Lynne?) proceeded to tell me that I was not allowed to go back, because it was the third time I had to re-schedule and they have a “3 strike and your out” rule? Even though I HAD to re-schedule due to things out of my control? Would they rather me go in for a session with covid and infect everybody? Absolutely disgusting, will never refer anyone here.

My GP referred me here. I called to make an appointment, they advised I can't be seen for 2 months. I said I'll probably kill myself before than, and she told me to ring 000 or go to a hospital, then hung up. I spoke to N***le.

Great team. Very easy to deal with. Nothing has ever been too much for them. Highly recommend.

Your strengths psychology has been a huge help in getting my head around what i wanted out of life after feeling so stuck, Gaye helped me by teaching me to find my courage and strength to go after what i wanted in life and to achieve everyday happiness by finding control with my anxiety and for that ill be forever greatful for Gaye and her team there.

Have left a number of messages regarding a referral for a young bloke via phone and one message via their website. No contact in any way, a very unprofessional mental health care provider. Would not recommend, if you need help keep looking until you find the right people, unfortunately, “Your Strengths Psychology” do not appear to be the right people! Very disappointed!

I'm one of Pam's clients, and after 7 years in therapy she's the psychologist that I've clicked best with. The practise has plenty of well-trained and compassionate staff who make their clients feel like they genuinely care about them, and not see them as a way of making money. These guys really want to help. A really friendly and genuine bunch of people to work with.
