Your Smile

I had an examination in June for Invisalign and have not received my quote to this day.
After my free consult on June 12th I was told I would receive a call after 3-4 weeks. 3-4 weeks passed and I did not receive a call. I gave them another week. No call. Called up asking for an update and they said that they are yet to hear back from the dentist which is located in Sydney. They said they'd get in contact with the dentist to get a further update.
Another week went by. No call. Called up again the week after and got the same excuse. They'd received no update from the dentist in Sydney and again would "get in contact with the dentist to receive an update and call me".
I understand we've been in lockdown and there may be some delays, but it's been 4 and half months and no quote.
I took my business elsewhere and after a free consult I actually received a call 1 week later with a plan and the hardware ordered and delivered within 3 weeks. I'm glad I went somewhere that actually took the effort to look after me.
