I’ve been going to YCI now for a few years and have always experienced amazing results. I had the pleasure of meeting Shanel today and had lip fillers for the first time. I’m loving my lips, she is an artist! She was kind, gentle and an asset to YCI! I love Nurse Sammi, I was worried about someone new, but I couldn’t be happier.

I have been seeing Sammi for a little over a year now and couldn’t recommend her and her YCI team enough. She truly is wonderful at what she does. Her patients are at her forefront, as her primary focus is a what is best for you and your desired outcome. Sammi is next to none, I won’t trust anyone else with my face x

Sammi was my injector and she is just so incredible, my son was allowed in the room and she was so accommodating and really helped out with him as well whilst I got my treatment. She made me feel so comfortable and I just new I was in GREAT hands. And I’m always very particular when I get things done.

Nurse Sammi is AMAZING! From the moment I entered the treatment room Sammi was so warm and welcoming. I’ve been to many injectors over the years and Sammi was the first to take the time to really listen to my concerns, explain the anatomy and come up with a treatment plan to achieve my desired results. I had both filler and Botox and I barely felt a thing! So incredibly skilled with a needle!

I have had Botox and Fillers with Nurse Mel twice now and I’m so happy to have found an injector who listens to what I want and knows how to help make me look my best. Nurse Mel knows what she’s doing and talked me through what to expect and ensured I felt comfortable.

The ladies here are amazing at their jobs. Mel dissolved my lip filler recently as I had been to a couple of different places in the past to get filler while Sammi was on leave and before seeing her so I wanted to start fresh. They make you feel really comfortable and all nerves leave the room, I won’t go anywhere else when it comes to injectables anymore!
