RHI was our photographer for our family photos of 5 she was easy going, very respectful, good with the kids would recommend her to anyone who does there photos here at you photography. Will be asking them for my wedding photos when that day comes. We paid just over $5k and I can tell you it was well worth every dollar for the photos that we got. THANK YOU RHI RHI.

Beware of this scam! They manipulate customers into giving them 5-star reviews by providing upgraded frames. Their professionalism lies in scamming people.

My experience with their voucher wasn't great. I won a voucher at a street festival. While the staff during the photoshoot were friendly, the photographer's results were disappointing as the photos were unedited and unimpressive. The designer, a very rude tall white guy, pressured us to buy an expensive package (around $1600). We were close to falling for it until he gave us a review card, forcing us to leave a five-star review. I then discovered how they had scammed others. He wouldn't let us discuss privately, but I resisted, wanting to discuss the matter with my partner before deciding. I declined the expensive package, expressing that I only wanted the $500 voucher I had received. Despite giving them an initial five-star review and receiving a free upgrade, they don't deserve that rating, and people should be cautious of their scam.

They took 3-4 weeks to provide the free frame we won, and the edited pic was still terrible. The designer's pushy attitude and guilt-tripping were unprofessional, even mentioning they work without breaks, which seems illegal.
They aren't the professionals they claim to be; their high prices don't reflect quality. If we knew the voucher covered a frame and the cost of soft copies is on top we wouldn't mind.
However, they didn't inform us and forced us to select photos and a larger frame without options. And he was just adding extra thing to our total.

The way they push products on customers is the scam. The frames aren't good quality either. Be cautious and informed about such practices.

Scam alert! They trick customers into 5-star reviews with frame upgrades. Pushy staff, poor photo quality, and expensive packages. Avoid their tactics and low-quality frames. Stay cautious!

Scary business. Entered the “draw” at a baby expo and “won” a $500 voucher. Received a call to book a session. Rejected after reading all those related comments and also the studio location is 2-hour from our place. Received at least 6 more calls from different number starting with both 02 and 04 to book us in…

Don't fall for the free offers they send.
I was offered a free photography session worth $500 that they said they are giving away this to me cuz i scanned their qr at baby expo.
You get this offer, go get photos done (drive there and spend few hours), handed in a pricing leaflet which does not give you clear pricing, how much you pay for how many photos (printed, framed or soft copies).
You are bound to two days only for viewing session good luck if you are working those days.
You wan to know pricing (for soft copies) over the phone, they dont tell you the price over the phone not even rough estimate.
DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FREE OFFER CALLS.

Don’t waste your money here. If I could give 0 stars I’d give 0. Received a gift card from this photography business after attending a baby fair. Apparently it was worth $500 to use for a maternity shoot. So I booked in for the 1 hour Photoshoot session which was an hour drive from where I live. Also was supposed to get a call from a stylist before the session to discuss ideas and outfits. However I never got that call. When my husband and I showed up for our session, it felt like a mass photography place. So many people, so hectic, we felt we were just being pushed through. The photographer we had didn’t really give any instructions on poses or things to fix and just left it up to us. After the photoshoot we were told to come back for the “design” session and they wanted to books us in right away for a newborn shoot, which we didn’t want to commit to at this point. So booked in for the design session, went there again a week later just to view our unedited photos (which they could have easily provided in an online gallery instead of making us drive there again for an hour). We then found out that if we wanted the unedited (!) photos it would cost us $1,000. And every single picture we wanted retouched would also cost us $100+. On top of that, the photos themselves were badly framed. The only thing that was “included” in our $500 voucher was one single image retouched and printed (not even digital) and framed, which btw we still have not received today, 3 months later. They just went silent and never replied to my messages and emails. On top of that, turns out that the maternity shoot was on sale for $90 which included the same services that were outlined on my $500 gift card. Totally not worth it. Literally 0 value for money and a lot of wasted time on our side. We then booked in with another photography business which was a completely different experience and got the most beautiful maternity photos I could have ever imagined. So do yourself a favour and stay away from this place. So much time wasted.

Don’t trick by 500$ voucher all lie they want trick you nothing free them after they force your to pay 1000$ to get your pictures all is scam becarefull. They said this 500 it’s a time of studio but then they want yoy pay more than 1000$ for your picture!

I had a great experience with these guys. Really professional company with easy going crew, I would definitely go to You Studio’s again. Thanks guys!:)

Impressed by You Studios very warm and professional welcome. Pics amazing and Brendan just fantastic and patient.

We had a family photos with a newborn.the photo shoot time was tight as the baby had lots of needs.
The photographer was being patient with us and gave us more time but still hard with a newborn.
The photographer tried his best to take more photos in a short time.
During the photo session, we realized that it was out of our budget.
In our view that was quite expensive.
But since we made an effort to do the family photos we got a big photo frame and small photo frame. Photos were good.
Since we live far from the studio, they offered us home delivery as well as a thumb drive.

Our wedding video is amazing - thank you so much Brendan for organising an extra videographer and doing a great job. Thank the team from Sam and I especially Toni and Peter who were great on our wedding day and put a smile on our faces.

We had a family portraits shoot. Paid a big amount of money but the photos are not up to mark. Not recommended at all
