We love York Jewellers. We had my engagement ring made in 2018, then both wedding bands in 2019 and have recently had my eternity band made in 2023. Super happy with our purchases, the staff at York have always been fantastic

We sat with Sue and with her assistance redesigned our wedding rings and we could not be happier. The results far exceeded our expectations, Mike the jeweller perfectly transferred Sue's design from paper to the finished piece, which refrenced the old design but frankly looks so much better than the original, full credit to Mike and Sue for such an amazing result.

I’ve used York on a number of occasions and have always been given professional service. They have warm and caring staff that always go the extra mile for all their customers. The prices are reasonable but it’s their staff that puts them head and shoulders above be the competition.

The young lady jeweller who helped us to pick our jewellery was such a happy smiling staff. She was so patient and recommended all options and the best options and designs for our requirements. Despite the Christmas rush and stress in weekend, all the staff were so happy to serve their customers, including the lady who received us and pointed us to the right section and stayed with us till the jeweller joined us.
