Yoga Loft

I do livestream yin yoga 3-4 times a week to help manage pain associated with peripheral neuropathy. The teachers are amazing and the classes are oh-so beautifully healing. Thank you Cveta and Nathan.xxx

This is a place like no other! The teachers here make you feel so comfortable in such an amazing place, there are all types of levels catered for and so many classes to chose from. Come once and you will stay for life.

What a great place to group you practice: the view is to die for!
The variety of classes and teacher is great.the teachers really know what they are doing and are very approachable. My favourites are Greenie, Yin, Nidra and any of the morning classes. A great way to start the day!

Cveta has created such an amazing community vibe here with a great range of classes for all levels and fantastic teachers. Don't miss the 6am sunrise classes with spectacular views over the ocean!

I found Yoga Loft a few months ago after trying a few different studios in Newcastle & throughout NSW. I can easily say Yoga Loft is the best yoga studio I've ever attended.
Yoga Loft has classes for everyone, whether you're a newbie or you have been practicing for years. The teachers, reception staff & people who attend the classes are very inviting and welcoming.
Teachers encourage you to go at your own pace. I can't recommend this studio enough. Thank you Yoga Loft team. I'm glad I signed up to the 20day pass & I continued attending. One of the best decisions I've made.:)

If you’d like to attend classes here you will listen to the instructor talk about their gallbladder problems for an hour straight while you’re trying to work out. Early morning classes do not accommodate beginners and you will be met with snide remarks if you try to attend them, because beginner classes are tucked away at awkward times of the day when you are at work. Also very poor bookkeeping. Multiple people I know including myself have had money issues with them due to poorly trained admin/reception staff giving out incorrect information. Cancelling my membership was a frustrating and costly debacle, one of which I am glad to be done with. Silver lining though: Steve - you’re a legend mate, an extra star just for you.

The best Yoga studio in Newcastle. The Loft offers so much more than just a gorgeous space to practice yoga, it offers students the opportunity to become part of a loving community of like minded people. Cveta has created a sanctuary right in the heart of Newcastle that for many, has become a home away from home. The quality of the teachers is excellent, they are all passionate about the practice, and each offer something a little different whilst sharing a common commitment to supporting the well-being of their students. Classes are challenging, nurturing and fun. And what about that view! If you have considered trying yoga or the Loft, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Awesome yoga studio! It has a great community sense. There’s a class and place for anyone and everyone. The teachers are very knowledgeable and each have their own styles and strengths. Turn up as you are and leave feeling fantastic!

As I’m new to Newcastle I was looking for a new yoga home and what sold me on The Yoga Loft was the instruction I got in my first two classes from Stella Umeh. Stella is so real and her approach to her classes gelled with me so much. Her class was challenging and fun at the same time.

Amazing space with some of the highest quality teachers I've ever experienced practicing under. The yoga room itself has an immensely beautiful view of the natural surroundings and ocean around Newcastle!

Absolutely amazing place! They made my 2 week visit to Newcastle very special. Really great teachers and the studio is just stunning! Try a winter morning class during which you'll have the sun rise!
