Love this place! I’m pretty inconsistent but never regret going. Everyone who works there are super friendly and helpful. It’s great for beginners to advanced people. The changing rooms have showers and it’s always very clean. There’s never a long wait in the mornings and no wait in the evenings for the showers. It’s close to the train station which is convenient and they also have different membership types for whatever best suits you. I’ve recommended this place to family and friends of different ages and levels.

Instructors are so important for me to assure I'm making progress in my practice. Val is an amazing instructor and I've been happier and stronger since! Highly recommend if you are looking to try hot yoga out.

I absolutely love Yoga Hotspot studio! The teachers are all very caring, especially Judith and the owner Dave. Judith suggested me what’s best for me to do or not if I’ve had an injury in the past. Dave is very accommodating and really look after every participant. I love the facilities as well - the studio and shower facility are spacious and very clean all the time. The timetable covers all level of classes which you can definitely find one that suits you best.

Love coming to David's classes. From someone who sees yoga as a boring and painful exercise, im slowly falling in love with it. Keep up the good work guys

Yoga hotspot is such a great studio. Dave the owner is amazing, he comes up with such original and informative sequences. Can't recommend enough! The heat is set to a great temperature as well making you work and sweat that much more. Thank you yoga hot spot!

This is amazing yoga studio that I've joined and it's hard to find somewhere like this around Sydney. Pls try and you'll never regret to give it a try. One of my best teacher is David who has always known combine all the movements, breaths with music in the exquisite and elegant way.

For a while now I've been meaning to say thank you. After a long while away last year, returning to the positive and nurturing environment and energy of Yoga Hotspot has been wonderful.

There are many things that make your school special but for me, apart from the fantastic teaching, it's that little something extra that sets you apart.

Thank you to all the teachers for making the effort to remember my name and welcoming me each and every time with a smile. Thank you for infusing classes with thoughtful touches such as beginning with an intention, a word or the day, a story or even a joke. Thank you for making the effort to observe me and offer helpful alignment suggestions and answer my questions. It's really helping me work out a practice that's safe, nurturing and challenging. Finally, thank you for the tea!

I've been going to Dave and Val's studio for over 4 years and I still can't get enough! They have such a great range of classes for all levels, tailoring to suit beginners and more advanced yogis. So much warmth and love from their studio, highly recommend.

This is the best yoga studio in Sydney! David is an absolutely fantastic teacher. With me being new to yoga, I find his instructions very clear and easy to follow even when I don't know the terminology or position names. The studio is always kept clean. There are great amenities like showers, complimentary tea, mats and towels for hire etc. You can even store you mat in the studio. I have been recommending the studio to all my friends and will continue to do so.
