Yoga Bare

After many failed attempts at practicing yoga at various locations and from home, now a few months in I couldn’t recommend Yoga Bare enough! The studio is somewhere you want to be, you leave every class feeling more balanced and zen every time. Thank you to all teachers, especially Ange, Sophie and Anneriek. Looking forward to many months to come ️? ‍️

I arrived as a beginner a year ago, finding it hard to balance and stay focused.
I now practice yoga or pilates on most days.
I feel stronger and more flexible in my body every day.
I feel grateful to the instructors for a wide variety of lesson styles and classes. They always show care and consideration to all ability levels.
Cleanliness is paramount and all amenities are new.
Highly recommend for mind, body and soul.

Beautiful vibe and place to find whatever your looking for. Many different classes to try for all levels. Friendly teachers that listen and help you on your journey.
They also offer free child minding a couple of times a week for those mummas that wouldn’t be able to come otherwise. I can’t recommend Yogabare enough.

Hands down the best yoga studio ever.
They have the most amazing hot classes, yin classes, warm classes and yin Yang! Their hot classes are actually HOT! I always leave feeling so accomplished and calm. The teachers are the most kind and incredible people who want you to get the most out of your practice, that may be you touching your toes or getting your king pigeon, there is an option for every yogi!

Everyone is so kind and welcoming, great community to be a part of and the bonus of barre and massages is amazing too!

I love this place! If your beginner through to advanced there is something for everybody. Try hot flow, yinyang or yin. You will not be disappointed!

Love Yoga Bare! The staff and their programs have really helped me to relieve and manage the chronic pain that had consumed me for years! Their remedial massages have also helped me a great deal too. So glad for the services that Yoga Bare provides.

The studio itself is beautiful, welcoming, clean & calm & the staff are all well trained, friendly, encouraging and all too happy to share their knowledge. The weekly schedule offers a variety of classes and times to suit everyone and all classes are suitable for beginners through to advanced. Overall I highly recommend Yoga Bare.

Yoga Bare is a not just a yoga studio, it's a community. They have only the best teachers, each of whom bring not only experience and expertise to every class, but also a willingness and desire to help you learn and grow as a person. I suffered from headaches every day for more than 10 years. I have only had one headache in 3 years since attending regular yoga classes at Yoga Bare!

Have loved my time at Yogabare, babysitting during hot yoga classes has made it possible for me to attend, unwind, sweat it out and then relax in the beautiful amenities afterwards. With everything from Organic iKou products in the showers, to diffusing DoTerra essential oils during practise, this studio stands head and shoulders above the rest. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming to all. We will miss our sessions on the mat with the Yogabare team but will be sure to pop in again if we ever come back to NSW.

Only just started going to Yoga Bare but love it. Great teachers and a variety of both yoga and pilates classes. Will be taking out a membership when my trial is over. All the teachers I have met so far have been very knowledgeable and helpful.

Whilst I am not the most dedicated student, I still get excited every time I know that I am heading to the studio. It has a great ambience filled with beautiful souls. I think my soul connects with the place, hence its excitement.

I have used a few Yoga Studios, but overall this one is the best. The staff/teachers are very approachable and lovely, the amenities are great and the $99 package per month is perfect for me - because it is designed for the flexible person.
Highly recommend, if you are looking for a studio that is designed for the beginner to the expert, and want a more flexible environment.
