I started at Yoga Alive about 3 years ago and my flexibility and mindfulness has substantially improved.
When I started yoga, I was very inflexible and needed guidance during some positions.
Vedanta has a wonderful ability to adjust your posture to get the most out of each move and be encouraging at the same time.
I have found the classes to be very friendly, relaxed.

I have been attending yoga classes with Yoga Alive for many years now. Vedanta is a fully qualified and amazing teacher, knowledgeable, caring and experienced.
