YMCA Epping reviews
20Most equipment you need and some of the staff are helpful. Probably only 3 for the space and equipment, bumped up to 4 because great options for classes.
The stadium is old and cramped, the bubbler was spraying water everywhere and the floor is wet. Terrible place!
Poorly managed building
Indoor courts are not been clean,
Floors are slippery and due to poor cleaning and players has slipped and injured.
Some Bartholomew are not in functional state.
Have enjoyed using their badminton court. Usually fully booked. The lighting isn't ideal for badminton.
Good gym and sports facilities for young people compared to other gyms. Not overly expensive like other gyms and provides a good range of equipment to use.
Gymnastics area needs cleaning. You can smell socks from empty shoe racks. Torn pieces of foam scattered around. Gymnastic sections is being neglected.
Staff is sooo friendly and helpful. Lighting has been improved recently. Hopefully will improve some other facilities in the future.
Excellent facilities and good staff, but don’t come here if your child has food allergies Way too dangerous. No protocols in place in this regard. It’s a shame
Child is signed up for sports class using active voucher, although there are plenty of credit amount available, they will call you three times a week forcing you to provide direct debit details. If you set up direct debit with your bank account or credit card, there is a fee they charge for every transaction.
They could not provide any payment method that do not involve any extra charge. When you make inquiery to the reception, receptionist is very rude and
has very poor attitude. Basically saying if you don't like it, you could cancel the class.
They offer good classes for gymnastics but too many students in each class. Lots of sign up this term so the coach cannot focus on all children. I hear at the front door some children have left the building without the coach knowing. This is not good, you should be more careful of each student during training.
Friendly staff and good service. Decent courts for basketball and badminton, however parking is extremely limited when there is a class on (which is most days). The floors offer very little grip so quite slippery to play on. Best for casual sports with friends
Great facility featuring a gym, an outdoors field and many indoors facilities including a small soccer stadium that can be converted into a basketball court.
I’ve been part of this dojo since 2003. I and my two sons have started here as white belts and gone onto black belts. In time we have each won national level titles. The consistency and calibre of teachers and students makes this a welcoming yet demanding dojo.
Good programs and gym there, however parking is very limited and the pricing is quiet expensive
Well equipped gym & great staff. There are a couple of mobility parking spaces, otherwise there is only street parking.
Great gym, all the equipment I need, except a track with a prowler and sled. And a sauna, which I’d pay double for.
Extremely rude staff. If you value people who respect you then don't come here. (To the staff to work there) If you are going to do something like personal training or work with kids then at least show some respect by not shouting or swearing at people, especially those who pay for your service. Disgusting.
This is a nice Multi-purpose sport center.price wise it is not that bad.they have futsal league which is happening every week, not that pro but still good to work out.if u wanna work out with machines, u wont be impressed.it takes about 20 min walk from Eppeing station but, if u have car just two.
Great family membership. Kids love badminton classes with Miss Jessie. Gym has enough equipment to keep me busy when I find the time to get there. Staff are always helpful.
