After looking for a long time we finally decided on a knockdown house on a flat block in Warners Bay. However planning constraints meant we needed to renovate and that’s where Zoe Pohlmann from YHD came in. She was recommended to us and after looking at her previous designs and projects we felt that YHD was the right fit for us. Zoe has guided us through the process and produced an amazing home with very specific features. She has been responsive to all our needs and been quick to help whenever we decided on changes and modifications. Her designs have produced a wonderful modern, light and very liveable home. Zoe’s plans met all council requirements for a high flood zoned block and made the entire process with council effortless and stress free as she managed the application. Zoe recommended a range of builders and allowed us to choose the right one for us. We are very excited to start the building work knowing that if needed Zoe will be there to guide us.
