Provide a very quick and reliable job on the booklet and flyer printing. I printed some laminated business cards with a very good quality finishing and done in just an hour.
Sophie and her team is so professional and they are able to make high quality stickers in short time frame. Have used their services twice and will come back to them again.
Waited over an hour for them to print 3 documents. Couldn’t present drawings for an important meeting that I had. Rude lady working at the front, printer technician guy seemed nice enough. Charged me extra for undisclosed reason. Also made me pay before documents were printed. Printing quality is average. Would rate -5 stars.
I wish I can give no star, the staff is rude and she does not treat you as a customer, also the price is expensive. NEVER go to this place anymore
Price is not great at all.customer service experience is bad. Don't feel welcomed in this place, they are not helpful as well.
If I could rate NO star I would as there was no service. Don't bother going to this place. They don't acknowledge you and felt that they didn't need me as a customer. Today I had to interrupt this woman to ask if they do colour copies for prints, which she said yes.after she knew I was there waiting without saying a word to me and continued to speak to this other man in Chinese and had to doodle on my phone to grasp her attention at least to say she wouldn't be long/ how long it would be or to get somebody else to assist me. After a few minutes of what I felt was blatant ignoring, I walked straight out and knew very well they didn't deserve my money. Ended up in Office Works Five Dock with much attentive service.
