Amazing customer service and customer care. I made an online order through Menulog and no driver was available to pickup the food for 2 hours. The restaurant owners contacted me and tried to help. They were also a victim of Menulog's system and couldn't join anyone from their company.

Once delivered, the food was very good. The owners even made sure to prepare fresh spring rolls when the driver finally came for pickup.

Highly recommend this restaurant.

As a Local Im happy to find a good Vietnamese place to eat. I ordered a Beef Pho, Prawn Vermicelli and a Chicken Curry rice to take away.
All 3 dishes were absolutely delicious, good portions and fair prices.

The worst place- stay away!

Pho broth tasted like water.

Fried wontons was over cooked air fryer food.

Terrible!

Delicious carb free chicken and vegetable pho, I feel so healthy after eating it and not weighed down like I can if I eat with noodles. Highly recommend

Terrible restaurant in Waterloo. We ordered crispy chicken with rice, fried wonton and chicken pho. Chicken came with cook’s hair. Wonton seems like it was leftover of yesterday’s if not day before yesterday. We decided not eat and leave restaurant. And went to pay bill. The lady at counter charged us $55. $12 higher than the menu price. When we went back to restaurant after 3-5 minutes to ask them about the price. They raised their voice saying they haven’t charged higher bill. We asked for breakdown of bill. Finally, they knew that they’re in trap, they returned our excess amount. They didn’t even apologise. What a horrible experience we had. Don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. And also be more careful while paying the bill. Ask for the invoice.

Fried wontons were pink on the inside, overcooked on the outside. Perhaps cooked from frozen. Most were burst and the dark brown almost burnt meat was showing.

Pho was bland, soup was watery, meat was sparse and noodles barely seperated. Not much care was put into it.

Pork vermicelli sment funny

Was excited to try Yen’s as it was rated one of the best pho in Sydney but it was very disappointing. Ordered beef pho and special waygu beef pho - broth was way too sweet, not as aromatic and rich like some of the other places we tried, not a lot of meat, meat quality wasn’t great either. Stars are for the services. Maybe the rice dishes are better?

Clay Pot Pork is exceptional. Whole meal was, always is. Excellent hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese joint. Cash only.

Ordered the beef and beef ball pho. Broth was bland with not a lot of meat/beef balls. Fried wonton was burnt/overcooked. The restaurant only accepts cash.

Very sad looking and tasteless vermicelli salad.couldn't even be bothered to put in peanuts.herbs or spring rolls. For $14 i definitely won't be back.
About 10g worth of chicken.some lettuce poorly tossed in and all noodles. 0.5/5

The women that cook and serve here are so lovely. Maybe it’s because they remind me of the aunties from back home that hustle in hawker centres for long hours each day, but the food always gives me a warm hug. I’ve had the beef pho, beef and meatball pho, shaking beef, crispy skin chicken and tomato rice, and spring rolls over the past few years. Good value for money and I always try and get lunch or dinner from here if I’m in the area.

I’ve read comments about how the service and friendliness have declined over the years, and I’ve never had that experience.p. S.the photo dump here is from several visits, cos I’ve been putting this review off for too long!

Great pho at a great price. Try the raw beef Wagyu, it's an experience! One of the few places open later in the area which is a nice perk.

Quick service and very decent offering, however all the dishes were too heavily salted for my taste.

Had the lemongrass grilled chicken fresh rolls and crispy chicken clear noodle soup and it was delicious.
I don’t recommend the bun bo hue, it wasn’t nice, not authentic at all. The noodles were thin vermicelli (it should be thick), the broth wasn’t nice and the meats and herbs were not traditional. Descent service. Surrounding was old

Mediocre Viet food.
If you're desperate for pho without travelling out west, this may suffice.

Fried chicken servings were stingy.all 3 pieces were from different parts of a chicken. It was like other pieces were served to other people or had fallen off the plate.

I’m very sad to be giving such a bad rating. Used to love Yens but my Uber delivery today was beyond disappointing. My pho was essentially a flavourless broth, no sauces (despite make a point to request them with the order), a couple of pieces of dry meat. Tastes like … nothing.

I’ve been coming here for 10 years, and tonight was the last time. The pho was big bowl of tasteless broth, stingy on the noodles and with barely any beef. I left hungry because it was basically all water. Won’t be back again.

Who says Pho isn’t for breakfast? A nice bowl of warm and hearty pho in a cold autumn morning it’s exactly what you need. The aroma and umami from the stock it’s better than coffee, and a good hangover cure too. For A$4 more, you could have Wagyu beef too, what a bargain!

They have a raw or cooked beef option and the difference is serving the beef completely raw on the side vs serving the beef medium rare in the soup. I suggested to have cooked beef option since it was serve very medium rare so it won’t be over cooked and the problem with the raw beef option it’s that the bloods from the beef will contaminate the beautiful and clear broth (some people might like the gamy taste).

Btw, great and friendly service for a small business.

I’ve eaten here couple times and the food is great but when I ordered it was said to be ready minutes ago upon going to pick up I had to wait and the lady making my food was rude like seemed to be angry at me, I have never met her before and was treated that way.

Eaten here and ordered from over for a number of years. Not anymore. Ordered UberEats and after eating some of my noodle bowl - there was a full cockroach!
