15Been using Yass Pets for years now and 2 different dogs but they both have the same problem in that they don't want to come home. I call it my dogs farm stay and Sue is a champion lady that has obvious affection for animals
Love that Juno, the dog, comes home after a weeks visit with Susan and is as happy and relaxed as the day she arrived. Susan is a very caring and compassionate animal lover, thrilled to have found somewhere so stimulating and caring for Juno to holiday while I am away.
10/10 recommend Yass Pets & Riding school. Susan has been my riding coach for 2 years and I can't believe the skills and knowledge she has passed on to me. I have boarded my pets at at Yass Pets and had dog training from Susan. My fur kids are always super happy at Yass Pets and my dogs training has improved dramatically after working with Susan. I would recommend Yass Pets and Riding School to anyone. Thank you Susan for your dedication and caring to all animals, owners and riders.
Very poor customer experience. We were refused the opportunity to look at the pet stalls, because they were "too busy". Our dog was there from 10am one day to 4pm on the next day [because they were too busy to accommodate an earlier pick up]. And they then charged us for two days accommodation.
The one staff member we talked to was very unwelcoming

Lovely owner, who clearly is passionate about animals. Took great care of my 12 year old Lab whilst I went to Dragon Dreaming festival nearby. Would recommend.

Our dogs looked happy and healthy after their 14 day stay. Lovely staff, knowledgeable and helpful.
Susan took great care of our dog Teddy was happy and healthy when we picked her up would definitely board her here again highly recommend
Susan is utterly charming. The service, facilities and care are remarkably good. Henry had an excellent, stress free stay. I can only highly recommend Yass Pets kennels.
Your pets will be so well taken care of at Yass Pets. Susan has an awesome property, with a huge fully fenced off leash park, and a dam for swimming. Our timid rescue dog Peggy is well looked after by Susan and always loves it at Yass Pets.
Had my two dogs board here several times last year, fantastic place and lovely staff. Highly recommended.

The review below from Zack is about a different kennels in Yass. Ignore it! Yass Pets is amazing. Sue is wonderful and loves our dogs as much as we do. They can't wait to get out of the car the minute we arrive. Since finding Yass Pets, we have never gone anywhere else.
