Xtream Car Care Eastwood │ Steam Detailing & Car Wash

Deceptive business model as signage and website’s pricing is inaccurate and deceptive. My dad recommended this car wash so I booked the Xtream wash appointment online based on the online pricing. Although I do have dog hair in the car, I was expecting to pay a bit more EVEN THOUGH there is no reference that there would be extra charges on the website. When I arrived, the manager looked at the car and quoted $50 more than the advertised price. Even when I said I just wanted the most basic wash and vacuumed. $50 is a lot to ask as it is a 50% more than the advertised price. My dad previously have bought this exact car with dog hair to here to wash which he paid approx $120. I do not appreciate the inconsistency and non-transparent pricing.

Doesn't matter how dusty or unclear your car is, just bring it to them, and you will be surprised. These guys are so professional, friendly staff, amazing job, God bless you all

Probably, by far the best car wash in Sydney according to my opinion. We have been here three times now in a row and never got disappointed. They do a really good job and service is exceptional.

Charged me 200 knives to wash the appearance and remove the oil film. It was a lonely wash. I went to the coin-operated car wash by myself and it was cleaner than him.

My car had being parked under a tree for a long time so it got some dirts on the car body, see the photo. Today I drove to the Xtream car wash and asked for the Deluxe wash but got rejected, instead, I was quoted for $500 for a wash. Given that price, I'd probably go to scrape the paint and re-paint it lol.

Our neighbour painteed his roof and tiny specks of grey paint went all over my white car. They worked for 3hours buffing and it looks like new! Very pleased with the results at very reasonable price.highly recommended!

These guys are simply best know to deal with the customer they are professionals Polite, understanding simply by looking at your car they explain all things to u that what your car need and why it need they make u undrestand the things as u don't need to look at the price board, u can even all them the doctor for your car. Thank you so much, took my sisters car here and it hasn't been this clean since she bought it. Thorough job with good attention to detail. My floor has sand and crumbs all of which is gone. The baby car seat also looks new. Had the steam cleaning.

Visited the business for cleaning recently. Got very bad service. Didn't do the steam cleaning promised and charged. Still have the bad odour (that's why I went for cleaning). And lost the coins (1-dollar and 2-dollar for trolley at supermarket). Never go to this cleaning even if free service!

Car had been wrapped but wasn't shiny that much. So I have asked the detailing and coating service and they made my car like a brand new. I have been driving offload so many times as I am living in outback area in NSW. All dust and dirt were perfectly gone! So much appreciated! Absolutely satisfied and all staffs were so nice and kind. Definitely recommended! Thank you Team!

My went to this address for car washing.
However, the staff damaged my windows with scratch and so many spots on all four glasses. Very bad service.
