Trying to exange.the guy becomes very argumentive and refuses. Hes done this numerous times. As I've had other covers which broke, and he becomes rude. Not a friendly guy and becomes rude, when you need to change or fecund. Avoid him and go to a different shop.

They were very helpful and nice, I just needed a sim tray for my older phone and couldn’t find it anywhere. But he gave me the spare part I needed and assisted with anything else I needed

Just got my phone fixed a couple of hours ago by these absolute legends: punctual, professional, fast for the job (which was essentially just a repair on my phone's port) and cheap ($60, which may be a lot to some but pales in comparison to other places run by scam artists that try charging triple for the same jobs).

With all sincerity, I'd definitely come back. Thank you guys. Lifesavers.

I went here to get my mobile ph charging jack cleaned because there was a little bit of foreign matter that worked its way in there notallowing me to push the phone charging cable in.
I knew what the problem was but because I have bad eye sight I didn't want to do it my self.
Anyway I was charged $60.
For a 5 min job. I leave it up to you if you would think that amount is the correct amount or if you would pay that as fair payment

Kevin and David was really helpful and got my Samsung S20 Ultra Note that was run over a few times by several cars, FIXED and working/looking like brand new. Amazing job. The parts were expensive but that's not their fault.
Probably taken better care of my mobile phone.

I recommend these guys to get any issues fix. Will be going back there again for sure. The photos doesn't do the justice, in person that damage look much worse.

Beyond a joke - charged over $400 for a replacement screen which was non-genuine, returned in 5 mins as there was an error message from the phone, refused to fix it or address the issue, returned within the warranty period after my phone was further damaged by their involvement after he I g Apple review the phone and nothing done. Beyond appalling customer service and work - avoid like the plague

These people should not be allowed to be in business - sadly have now seen similar reviews

In Response to your comment Kevin - I asked for your details and was not given them. I will be taking further action as 'David' was nothing but rude and dismissive and contradicted himself on numerous occasions, not to mention shutting the shop multiple times and not being contactable occurred a month ago when the issue occurred and I had just left the shop. Kevin - you have my details and the minimum I will accept is a full refund as this is a joke and I shouldn't have to chase what is appropriate, had the job been done properly to commence and correct information provided

Kevin is an absolute legend! My phone's touch screen broke and I had a lot of photos and videos (mainly of my old dog) that I hadn't backed up, and he truly went above and beyond to help me save all my data. He spent a few hours brainstorming, trying to figure out different ways to fix it, and offered me a few different solutions. He was very transparent and generous with his time, and his prices are very fair too. All in all a fantastic experience, I've been recommending these guys to all of my friends and if ever I have a problem with my phone again, I'm definitely coming straight here. I couldn't recommend this place higher! Thank you Kevin!

After paying $90 to have the screen on my iphone repaired, a white spot appeared a couple months later. The phone then got stuck on boot loop with the apple display showing but not going further. I took it back, and was told the white spot was due to "water damage" and not a fault of the screen and then asked to pay $35 for the hard reset which would wipe all my data. Instead I went to the Apple Store Genius bar. The consultant there ran tests on the phone and inspected the screen, stating the he didn't think the white spot was due to water damage, and instead that the phone was beyond repair and most likely due to damage while the screen was being installed. He stated it could also be the age of the phone. I have lost my phone and all of my data.

I purchased a phone holder for my car and it literally broke within a matter of days. They replaced it for me and the replacement literally broke the next day. So my third trip into the store. I asked for a different model which they gave me, which lasted a couple of months before breaking. This time they wouldn't give me a replacement, I don't know what the problem is, as the phone holder I originally purchased from this shop years earlier lasted me for years, which is why I came back to this store, but I will not be shopping here again.

When i first got it back the colour was really off and and the screen wasn't on properly so i told them and they fixed it the next day which was good because it was way better but the first time it wasn't it is also pretty expensive

Outstanding service, especially from Kevin. He was extremely honest and clear in communicating my options. The repair of my phone battery was fast, precise and affordable.

Kevin is very helpful when he is in the shop. The other gentlemen on 2 occasions has been very blunt in his manner/ not helpful and charging different prices. I would of stayed a regular customer but I will go somewhere else

This is the worst place. Over prices. 1 month in had weird colours and the phone cracked in my pocket. Don't use these people. Terrible service. Offered a discount where it would be the price to replace else where.

They put a silicone screen protector on my s20 ultra, VERY HAPPY, great price and they still did it even though they were closing at that time of night. A+ better then most phone shops I've been too and used. Thanks
