We had 32 tons of furniture including at least 10 tons of plants, a steep driveway to load the trucks from and one flight of stairs to unload the items to, thankfully only 3 plants upstairs and the rest in the garden.
Rebecca was simply the most efficient Manager and had everything under control from word go.

Our fabulous team was made up of Phillip, Johnny, Shane and Cohen!

This was an all day move and the guys took on the job wholeheartedly and worked incredibly hard, to complete the move before the massive downpour, unloading the last plants under the rain.

Apart from their sheer strength and great attitude to work, what impressed us is that they worked really well as a team, problem solving on their feet and always with a smile on their faces.

Couldn't recommend Wyong Removals and Storage any higher. We moved in May 2021 and they were on time, took care with all our furniture and were so friendly. We had settlement delayed by 2 hours and they took it in their stride. Rebecca the owner called in to our new house to see how things were going. She treats you like an old friend, just so warm and down to earth. Your employees are a credit to you!

Rebecca squeezed me in for a last minute job to do the following day back in June 2021. Brad and Adam arrived punctually at 730am, and we're an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were polite, efficient (did not waste time etc as it an hourly rate) and my wife was thrilled at how easy they were to talk to, to listen to her requests during the move - they were extremely accommodating.

Rebecca has set such a high standard for her staff, they surely exceeded my expectations.

My only issue is that I could not give them higher than 5 stars! If there's a way I could give them 10 stars to push them over the 4.9 stars to an excellent 5 star business - as proven by all the reviews below.:)
