Wynstan - Blinds Doors Shutters Awnings

both! Our second order was our bathroom and laundry shutters and Ryan was friendly, flexible and professional in the install. Overall very happy and hoping to use them again soon!

After making a substantial purchase of $6,000 worth of products from Wynstan in Rooty Hill, I was excited to add an additional blind to our room. However, what should have been a positive experience quickly turned into a nightmare.

During the installation process, I encountered an unexpected issue accessing my bank app, which prevented me from transferring the necessary funds after they installed the blind. It was later revealed that there was a widespread outage affecting many customers. Despite this, the installer became incredibly aggressive, and rude, demanding an immediate payment of $200 or threatening to dismantle the blind. To make matters worse, he displayed this behaviour towards my wife while she was along in our house, which then caused my children to start crying in the background. It was an utterly disgusting situation and I highly doubt that would have happened if I was home.

When I reached out to the office for assistance, ‘Tina’ offered a half-hearted apology for the installers behaviour, citing a busy period for the company. She explained that their policy required immediate payment and claimed there was nothing she could do to help. Shockingly, when I requested to speak to a manager, both the installer and ‘Tina’ conveniently claimed that there were no managers available, suggesting I contact the call center instead.

While I understand the importance of adhering to company policies, I firmly believe that businesses should also exercise common sense and prioritise customer service. As a loyal customer who had already invested a significant amount of money in their products, I expected more understanding and flexibility. Instead, I was met with a complete lack of empathy and a blatant disregard for my situation.

Rather than offering a solution or showing any willingness to accommodate my circumstances, they callously demanded immediate payment of a measly $200. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable. It's my hope that the owner takes this matter seriously and conducts a thorough investigation. The installer and ‘Tina’ demonstrated a complete lack of patience, professionalism and failed to prioritise the best interests of the business. Their excuse of “just doing their job” is not an acceptable justification for their actions.

I urge the owner of Wynstan to reflect on this incident and consider the importance of customer satisfaction and loyalty. It is my sincere hope that they address this issue promptly and take the necessary steps to prevent such distressing situations from occurring in the future.

Chris was very efficient in installing our blockout blind, checking detail of its operation. He was pleasant and took all rubbish away. Good work Chris.

Matthew had been an absolute professional and gem of a person during our interaction with Wynstan, he not only gave us a very competitive quote, but he also helped us at many steps - holding the process of manufacturing (due to construction delays) when we booked during Christmas deal at amazing pricing. Later he also absorbed material price hike and difference in original quote at the time of on-site measuring came out to be peanuts.

Due to dealing with a very unprofessional custom builder where I was getting harassed for installation of these, Chris handled that extremely well and he also went above and beyond for installing my security screen doors properly without an issue. During my in-person interaction with Chris, I found him extremely well skilled and knowledgeable in his job. Chris even accommodated my request of taking security door's keys with him to the office for me to collect 'em later on the installation day.

Overall, going ahead with Wynstan Rooty Hill was one of the best decision during my house build journey and I won't regret it ever. You get what you paid for - doors are sturdy and of premium quality and we are extremely happy with the after sales as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Wynstan Rooty hill to anyone.

Just had Wynstan out to fit double front screen doors and a window cover all in crimsafe screens and the installer Chris who came out and fit the doors was great, was on time to which we had organised the day for fitting was super quick and when finished explained how the locks work and then gave me my warranty book, overall Chris done an amazing job I highly recommend Wynstan for any crim safe screen doors and also try and ask for Chris to be your installer he is a very professional worker Thanks again for an amazing install.

The staff at Wynstan were helpful at every step. They kept me informed on my order's progress. The installers were friendly, kind, punctual and did a great job installing my fly screens and curtains. Vincent and Paul were great at confirming their installation day and time, even letting me know if they were running a bit early/late. I would use again in a heart beat. And the curtains look great.

Fantastic experience! It’s not very often you get great customer service these days but Wynstan delivered! Organising my shutters was a hassle free experience and the installation team were great, they took care and were in and out of my home quickly whilst not leaving any mess for me to clean up. I’m a repeat customer of Wynstan’s and I definitely wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.

Great service from start to finish. The lead time was shorter than predicted as well. Vincent was early to install and completed the job in an efficient manner even cleaning up after himself.

Good product and store service but installer left few Screws on my driveway, metal put in my recycling Bin, filled my bins full with plastic wrappings.

Joyce at the showroom has exceptional interpersonal skills, she was so patient, understanding and supportive. Joyce is the reason I have chosen to place an order with Wynstan and I also decided to not research nor seek any more quotes due to Joyce. Matthew was exceptional in his quoting and customer management skills. He was personable and ultra efficient in terms of meeting onsite to quote and then following through to delivery and installation. World class service that delivered well over and above our expectations.

From an installation perspective, Scott was fantastic! From taking his shoes off before entering and cleaning up after himself (it's the little things like that in a new build that made a huge difference), his follow up and professionalism was great when we had a delay on a blind.
