Had a great experience with Wynstan! Paul came to install our Crimsafe security doors and stacker doors and was super quick and efficient. Paul installed our flyscreens. He was efficient, polite & on time. Everything you could want!

Blinds and security screens were a fair price, however, our front window was broken during installation of the security screens. We have been emailing and calling for them to fix it for about three months without any resolution in sight. They keep saying that their installer is trying to call to arrange repairs but there are no missed calls and no follow up correspondence from Wynstan regarding the matter. When we tried to call Wynstan this week they have not picked up at all.

If the issue is not resolved soon we'll be going to Fair Trading.

Just had my door installed this afternoon by Paul. Really good bloke who explained what he was doing and gave me a good walk through of the features. Very happy.

The gentleman that quoted and the gentleman that installed were professional and friendly. Nothing was a hassle for them. Now we have very sexy and secure doors. They have improved the overall frontage of the house.

Unpleasant people. One time experience and never again. The guy that came to measure up was unfriendly and somewhat arrogant. The lady in the office was not that friendly either. I sent an email advising of change of mind as I wanted a different product, she immediately sent an email to say "it's not our policy". This was before she even checked with her superior. I knew she was wrong anyway but I was still put off that she would be so quick to respond with such rubbish. Anyway, I was told that I would have to wait for a couple of month for the Crimsafe security screen to be installed. When my carpenter came to do another job for me he said he could install the screen within a week, and he did! Not only that by the job cost half what Wynstan was charging for the installation of the Crimsafe. While I may not have minded so much about the long wait, they may have made things better for me by being a nice and friendly bunch. Each time I communicated with them I felt like I was bothering them. I cringe at just the thought of dealing with Wynstan with a "Y bother us? ". Do better Mr Wynstan!
