A huge thanks to Matt, Georgia, Cody and the team at WT Capital. My property has recently settled, and it was an easy and simple process. I had been looking for a while; however, after a call with Matt, I felt assured that the process would be easier than I thought, and it certainly was. Matt was always available for a chat or email and tailored the property search to suit my budget and what I was looking for. I definitely do not recommend WT capital
Trust me from my experience it’s not worth it at all. I have lost money, my job since 24/01/22, time that I can’t get back.my selfmade deed paperwork was not signed by myself so my account was made with someone else’s signature.
Crazy how companies can do this. Selfmade and WT capital talk with each other but say to me they don’t and I have txt messages to show. No one will help out to resolve this problem that’s WT capital and SMSF.
I have all of the documents such as:
Consultancy Agreement
Invoices
Text Messages
Emails
Deed of Settlement that I never signed (fake signature) SMSF paper.
Release Paperwork
And I state that all of this did not get settled as WT Capital and they did not respond to my Solicitor that they would compensate me or refund the money owed.

It can be daunting realising you won’t have enough Super when you retire, especially when you have just seen a large portion of it disappear for reasons apparently out of anyones control. Imagine everyone saying you can’t buy an investment property using your Super as your balance is “too low” or “not quite within minimum requirements”. Now imagine, finding a company that looks for a positively geared property with built in equity and capital growth, help to facilitate SMSF setup and property management as well. Can’t thank Matt, Aaron, and Frankie of WT Capital enough for all their efforts to make this exceed expectations!
