Worthington BMW Service Centre

I copped a flat tyre on the M1 freeway and dropped into Worthington for service and the guys changed my tyre and gave the car a quick clean in a matter of no time. Was super happy with the service. Excellent hospitality too, they offered me refreshments while I was waiting. Well done guys.

. Very nice people and very friendly. They feel like friends. My car is 16 years old now and the only thing wrong with it is a few light surface scratches, just shy of 300,000kms BMW are really good! Regular maintenance goes a long way

Two vehicles purchased from Brad and the guys here. 1 used 535 and a X5 Brand new. No issues and fully recommended.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. This has to be the worst BMW dealership in NSW. When I enquired about upgrading to a newer model 118i the attached image was the response I got. "interested". That was the tip of the iceberg from their employee David Petroff.

He called me repeatedly when I had asked him to only email me as I was at work and cannot take calls.

He never addressed me with "hello, goodbye" or any other pleasantries. To boot, he bluntly said he was not interested in our trade in without considering who we are and what we have to offer. He never once asked for our Chassis or VIN or where we are located. We were willing to travel north to the central coast to inspect the vehicle. I suspect that the 118i they had on offer has been in a crash which explains the price. Look at the photos of the right front headlight, there is clear damage to the hood. (picture attached) which the dealer is trying to pass off as mint condition. They also clearly don't know their stock as the car in question is only available in Automatic, yet it is listed as Manual.

Need I say more? Avoid like the plague.
