I received exemplary service from the parts manager Todd. He was a brilliant ambassador for all the Worthington BMW departments.

Easy drop off for service. Polite and efficient staff who communicate well. Clean and modern building that gives confidence to leave my car. Great work. And they wash and vacuum my car!

Paid $200k for x7 drove out with brake failure and no keyless card working had technical issues and every time
Advised to go dealer to fix. The complaints area basically advised to take it legally and will not escalate I was told it is what is is and they fixing it under warranty despite that we drove out with these issues.im

Upset not the experience I dreamed of tried everything

I have moved to Worthingtons for my service a year or so ago. It has been a refreshing change from my experience with other dealers particularly in Sydney.
The staff are very friendly personable and does take care. I want to particularly mention Laurie who has been outstanding in his dealings. So friendly and easy to talk to. Great work.

The service team were amazing. I broke down far from home and with two young kids in the car. Despite being fully booked, they made an exception and were able to fit me in and get me back on the road the same day. While we were waiting they looked after us by making us coffees, feeding us and entertaining the kids with Netflix. I could not fault Bruce and the team here.
