World of Tiles

When I called the owner asking for the refund of tiles that HAVENT been delivered for the past month, his response is ‘I DONT WANT TO TALK TO YOU, IM NOT TALKING TO YOU’ and he hangs up. Mr Morris, do you talk to your wife and mum like this?

Shameful service, absolutely disgusting workmanship, and no remorse for ruining someone’s house with your bad tilers, and then not taking any accountability. IF YOU WANT A GOOD JOB, DO NOT USE THEM. BIG WARNINGS TO YOU.

And we’re still waiting on our refund for products that haven’t been delivered. Thank you, hope you learn that your business is absolutely rubbish.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible job and way too overpriced. The only thing worse than their tiling is their customer service.

I have witnessed first hand the quality of work, and I must admit I was sorely disappointed. What’s worse is that the customer service is less than ideal.

The dodgy alignment of tiles comes for free when you purchase tiles from here.
Save yourself your money and go somewhere else. I know a better place for half the price. Would not recommend even if you had no where else to go!

I have used World of Tiles on a number of occasions dating back at least 20 years but this time they exceeded even my expectations, I have just renovated my home and with the new tiles and timber flooring and boy what a difference it has made adding huge value to the home

Bad quality tiles and horrible service! Ripped off. Scammer. The tile laid in my house looks so cheap. Hi Mr. Yousif, Yes, you had mislead and deceived us because you sent us different tiles you showed me in your shop. As you admitted, you provided not 10mm but 8mm. The quality of tiles also look different. Please be honest and not aggressive to the customer. Please do not say to the customer that "I am not going to say sorry to you unless PUNCH YOUR FACE".

Dennis was very helpful and got the job done on time as promised. Very happy with Jack and Mohammad work in tiling the house. They were very helpful throughout the job and would recommend them to anyone. Overall a great experience.

World of Tiles are outstanding
To deal with! Dennis Harlum really looked after us with pool tiles, outdoor tiles, bathroom and verandah tiles for our recent renovation in Castle Hill. Fantastic service, highly recommended!

We had a great experience with world of tiles. They provided a lot of advice through the selection process & were very accommodating when we had to change deliver dates/times due to trade delays. Tiles in our bathrooms are so beautiful in look & texture.

After going to a few local mediocre tile shops, Kay stepped in and made the selection process a total walk in the park and was thoroughly pleasant to deal with. Thank you Kay for your knowledge and expertise.

I recently had a kitchen splashback tiled by World of Tiles. Dennis from World of Tiles was great. He was very patient understanding my wife's requirements and kept us informed throughout the process. He suggested John as the tiler. All I can say is that John would have to be the best tiler that I have ever seen. His attention to detail is fantastic and this is reflected in the quality of his work. Even the suggestion of what colour grout was spot on. We are extremely happy with the results and would recommend John and World of Tiles for anyone looking for an expert tradesman who certainly knows his craft.

We bought Polished Porcelain Ocean Taupe 600 x 600mm 10mm -currently displayed at the shop but delivered Ceramic 8mm which is not recommendable thickness for the 600x600 and not porcelain.

I shouldn’t have believed the owner. The owner said he’s giving me a good price with good quality and their factory produces ocean taupe real porcelain and only 10mm thickness, only one thickness for that size and original but most of other places are selling a fake.

So didn’t doubt when it’s delivered.
My tiler said yesterday the tile we’ve got can easily crack as a whole rather than chipped and refuse to come and replace it in the future.
My husband and I went to the shop and asked why wrong tiles were delivered but there was no intention to solve issue from the owner but only rudeness and aggression.shop owners said “I don’t know. If you laid the tiles already then there’s nothing i can do” No need to say sorry at all unless punch your face or hurt you” yelled at me using his finger “leave the shop right now” etc.
It’s fraudulent. Be careful!

Urgent! Don't buy from this store. I ordered 600x600mm 10mm thickness porcelain tiles for $44/m2, but it was delivered same size 8mm ceramic tiles which are much cheaper ones. Even World of Tiles didn't ask what kind of tiles delivered. Just toss the email response from the supplier that we did deliver right one. I think it's quite normal to ask what kind of model was dlivered first. Then investigate whose fault whether they ordered wrong one or supplier delivered wrong model. This issue should go to NSW Fair Trading. I'll add more stories soon.

Good Samaritan

On Tuesday morning I had an issue with a flat tire and was sitting at the side of the road. Out of the hundreds of cars that drove by, a stranger named Mark (an employee at World of Tiles) stopped. He was obviously on his way to work and kindly offered to change my tire for me. Everything was fixed in 20 minutes and I can't thank him enough. Thank you to Mark and World of Tiles. We need more Good Samaritans, like Mark, in our lives.

Kate at World of Tiles Castle Hill has been absolutely fabulous. She has helped us decide tiles for our kitchen and living area, steering us but also giving us space to make up our mind. She has been patient through our many visits and countless samples we have viewed in the store, demonstrating ease of cleaning, effects of lights, finishes to help make up our minds. We are very happy with our final selection and looking forward to seeing the finished look of our renovation project. We will definitely visit the store again for any of our tiling needs and recommend to our friends as well.

Excellent customer service and product range. Special mention to James who helped out with our initial tile selection and the ongoing assistance we needed for our bathroom renovations.

The guy dropped what he was doing and came and helped me and he got a hard to find tile for me, sweet!

An excellent place to shop for all of your tile needs. They have an extensive range of tiles in all colours, formats, and finishes, with very competitive prices to match. All staff were excellent to deal with and helped us find some great floor tiles for our hallway and bathrooms.
