A gym that makes you feel good! Friendly staff and amazing equipment! Love to work out after work there and plus the three levels makes it easier to train as well!

Ace and Jason at the reception were fantastic. They were so friendly and helpful when I went there to register for the first time. Even though I went with a promotion price, they treated me politely and no less than those full paid members. The gym is very modern and clean. I would recommend it highly.

I wish there were 6 stars. For the lifter and everyday gym goer. This gym is epic. There isn't a machine you'd wanna use that this gym doesn't have. Clean as hell. Convenient and massive. 10 stars!

I have recently became a member of this gym, and today I went to do my first workout, I must say I was left speechless from beginning to end.
When I arrived I was greeted with a great smile at reception and a lot of energy too, to then proceed to the change rooms and the workout itself.
Everything was so clean and spotless like a gym should be as it makes my workout more enjoyable of course, to then when I left the gym too, very polite.
I am glad I have joined this gym and I will definitely be coming back to use it a lot more specially during the Christmas and new year period.

One of the best gyms that I’ve visited! Weights are always off the floor and equipments is nicely spaced apart. Can’t wait to come back!

Had my first workout here today and it was 5 star all the way. From the moment we were greeted, the whole session was spot on. Top notch equipment matched with a great location and utmost care for their clientele makes this an absolute cracker of a gym. Thanks team!

I receive the friendliest hello every time that I enter the gym. The staff are warm, welcoming and so knowledgeable. They helped me to choose the right membership and recommended the classes I might like to try. I love yoga and Pilates and can’t wait to give reformer a try. Great atmosphere and community!

The cleanest gym in Sydney with a lot of options on 3 floors and not crowded. They have a towel service and many classes that are almost PT. Highly recommend them!

Best gym in Sydney CBD. An excellent gym with top of the range equipment, friendly staff and great coffee too! This gym has everything you need whether you are a gym beginner or a pro. I can't recommend this place enough, the atmosphere is very friendly and you get to select your own music too!

Just to be clear - I am not a current member of this gym.

I went in to enquire any membership this week and the receptionist was super friend but the sales associate/trainer she had referred me to was really dry with his interactions. I’m not sure if it was because of what I wanted to get out of the gym or the time of the day I went in for the enquiry but the interaction left a strong negative impression. It was - these are our membership prices. I asked if they offered a free trial so I can try out the classes they offered he flatly said $25.00.

This morning I saw that if you registered your details online you get a free trial.

There’s clearly a gap in what the gym markets and offer online and what the staff actually offers when you present yourself in person.

I really do want to check this gym out as my Father sung its praises when he used the gym during his visit here and my neighbour is also singing its praises.

What a deadset amazing gym. I found this gym online and thought I should give it go. All I can say is wow. Meet Ryan the owner there and lined up a PT and Posing session he show me a fair few things and gave me some great advice will be back again soon. Highly recommend to anyone

Such a well built gym with all the bells and whistles. So many awesome machines that really get that pump cranking.love the reception team they have so much energy.
