Rude, arrogant, bully owner was unwilling to honour warranty for faulty goods. He wasn't willing to replace, repair or refund products. He told me it was out of the warranty period, which it was not. I informed him of consumer guarantee from department of fair trading. He then reluctantly refunded me $120.00 in $5 notes and $2 coins. Upon leaving I thanked the owner and he said, "Your not coming back are you? " to which I replied "No. "

They allways have my hard to find size in stock.fast easy over the ph order and delivery worked for me.can recommend

Very unhappy with the customer service. I went into the Store to order about 6 work shirts and 2 Hooded jumpers for my Business - off one of there online suppliers, I got the quote sent as an email I called up about 2 weeks later was told by the Lady at the reception desk to call back when Craig was back in, so I did and when I did he just said my Oder would take to long to come in I said I’m happy to wait but he said you’ll have to find some where else to get the shirts, but Yet he already had sent the quote to me and told me he could get the shirts and jumpers in so I was expecting to pay about $300.very unprofessional, it was like Craig didn’t want the sale. I would never get anything from that store again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THERE SERVICES. I Guess now I have to find another shop to Oder from.

Great range of work wear of all types, at very reasonable prices.
The staff are welcoming and friendly.
Definitely worthwhile stopping in for a few shirts, jumpers or a couple pairs of pants or even a new pair of boots.

Says it's open Sunday 9-5. Got there at 4.05pm and it's closed. Annoying when you've driven from the other end of the coast: (

Change your hours to 5pm not 530pm just wasted time coming down from kariong to find that your closed.
