Just had dealing with jashan account manager.
What a disappointment
Wouldn't recommend this agency
No people skills.

Don’t recommend working for this company they will bully you into not leaving very two faced girls 4 in particular will definitely discriminate based off your age, weight will tell lies and spin bull I worked there for 6 months and every single day was made to feel like a outsider. I left that company on my own they tried to act like omg so sorry you’re leaving when they were the ones that made me have no choice. Than said omg if you need a reference please put us down and than when I did put them down as reference they tried to bad mouth me and effect the jobs that I apply for cause they wanted to bully me to the point I was uncomfortable

Extremely misleading and unprofessional, everything you read here is completely true. Full of misleading incompetent people, do not accept a job with these people unless your happy to waste your time and are happy to sell yourself short for modern day salvery

I'm giving this a bad review simply because I saw an advert on seek, ventured here to see the agency for myself, read through the reviews and saw they were mostly negative reviews, so I'm just here to delicately add another?

2 hour induction I wasn't paid for!
Online training I wasn't paid for!
In addition the inductee arrived almost 30 minutes late.
How can you run a business without knowing the law?
I'd be surprised if you haven't been taken to court with a class action.

I did read the other reviews before attending my interview.
I agree with every other review NOW.

Incompetent and they advertise specific jobs but offer totally different pay rates and they want us to work for totally different companies as per their advertisement.

Go to this agency if it's the last agency left in Australia. Horrible agency and they have terrible clients. Both agency and their clients are looking for slaves not employees. I would recommend wait and do little more research and go to agencies which have good reviews.they got worst reviews for a reason. Save yourself from humiliation.

I couldn't agree with you all more, they don't give a stuff about you or what you need, they are SHOCKING. Door mats get treated better.

Worked for them at a site for over a month, then at 10: 30 pm at night I was told no longer needed, called the office to find out what had happened, no one could tell me, just been left to ponder why, they said there was another position somewere, but failed to call me. Good on ya Barry, thanks for the push ups.

Horrible staff, spoke to a lady that has anger management issues. I think her name was Mel or Kel. I don't understand why they put a job ads up to say call the office but they are mean and unhelpful.

Some of them very rude, I ring to check my resume I send in, answer phone and hand up, I been working there almost 2 years if I didn't work for 4 month always say I have to register again,

Very unprofessional. Worked for them on the 17 / 12 / 2018. Still haven't been paid, they won't answer my calls or return my calls.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone so much paperwork just for a warehouse position.you guys seriously need to learn and fix the problems from all bad reviews before you lose your business.

You will not be paid on time, and they are very hard to deal with, so be prepared to lodge a complaint to the fairwork ombudsman.
The payroll staff never answer the phone or retun calls.

Worst Agency ever seen they advertised Job every day most are same job for week. When applied for that they drop.email some one reply you back you but never get back hear from they looks like doggy things they just want to create data base for sales and marketing purpose hate it

Every week they advertise jobs you apply yet never hear back, You get an email saying you're on the system and someone will get in contact with you shortly, Yet daily your email is lined up with jobs and spam from them, Seems just another farce and another jobseekers details put onto a database, If unsuccessful jobseekers don't meet the criteria then delete their applications or at least let them know, they also need to delete the out of date job ads

I applied for a job on seek, got called for an interview on a Thursday after that I’ve been told i have induction the week after on Tuesday and start working Wednesday. I quiet my job that Monday. At the induction we’ve got told again to start at 7am even received work uniform. After that we all got told, by the person who did the induction that day, she will be in touch with us the same day. No one ever called me I had to chase them over days, spoke to 5 different people on the phone only to find out from the last person who finally gave me a little bit clarification they put me in a work pool with hundreds of other people. So their process is once they have a job available they send a msg out to all the people and who ever responds first get the job (first in best dressed style) and this is not even guarantied that u will get ongoing hours! Can’t rely on this agency at all especially when u have a family with kids to look after! And no one wanted to take the blame either! Very unprofessional

Staffs here really look after you and make sure that you get what shift you need before they sent out a roster. I really appreciate there hard work and effort.

Service is terrible. Plus they cancelled my shifts back to back ONCE I WAS ALREADY THERE AND WAITING AT 2AM. And they are with holding my pay. TERRIBLE place. Will NEVER recommend.
