Workers Sports Club

Great local club! The sports Cafe meals were way below average though. I haven't tried the buffet yet.

And this may not have been their fault, BUT we had a family dinner there and the buffet entrance line was a bit long but moved decently. When we got into the dining area we had to sit separately because they couldn’t clean off the tables fast enough for us to sit together. The lines for food were the worst. It was soo long I didn’t even bother standing in the main food line to grad the main dishes. I ended up eating cold sushi which the server was very selective to not put out the good stuff on cue but would ration it out one very five minutes it seemed and flooded the belt with all the old stuff to make it look full. Needless to say we were not impressed and left hungry.

Love the buffet here, reasonably priced and decent quality, the staff are great but there was an occasion as I was signing up for the first time where I was treated a little rudely although they did seem to quickly regret that and didnt continue to do so, everyone has their moments so its chill. I think the parking can be a bit scary for some drivers, not their fault just unfortunate, and the atmosphere could use a little bit extra, its just slightly lacking compared to some other clubs, feels a little dark and barren, still I love coming here for spontaneous dinner and lunches!

We were invited to a dinner here at the buffet with family. The food was very good. And tbh, that says alot considering im from the "food capital". I would highly recommend to others and can't wait to return.

Beautiful outdoor area with a vast amount of seating. Playground for the kids and even a smoking area set away from the non smoking patrons.

My family and I are definitely looking forward to visiting again.

Went to watch the fifa world cup semi-final match and support matildas. Food was good and the ambience was also nice.

Went to the all you can eat buffet for my sons birthday. (His favourite place) Lovely food, kid friendly & grate service

There was a slight lack of communication between the reception staff & the buffet staff but once we sorted that out the wait was very short for the buffet. All the staff were super friendly& the variety of food was pretty good and replenished frequently.

Too small. Not much varieties in food. There is no separation between the gaming section and restaurants. Kids have to sit with adults who drink alcohol, which is not good.

Decent priced beer as a member. Pity they close the gates to the back area - would be nice to grab a beer after watching the baseball.

It is a nice little club. Been there a few times now. Have only ever eaten in the cafe, but the food is good in there, and you get a good variety of light meals, full meals, and oriental dishes, and the prices are reasonable. My friend I had lunch with is a smoker, so we had to go to an outdoor area when she wanted to smoke, but it is nice, with a play area for kids, and a nice garden in between bowling greens. The staff are friendly. Well worth a visit.

A predictably club-like feel, it has a good buffet that the locals can't seem to get enough of. It's relaxing. A good place to enjoy a sumptuous lunch and a good glass.or two. I've had the odd lass recognise me and request me to belt out the old Tom Jones and Englebert number after which I could expect shower of granny bloomers thrown at me. I politely promised to sing another time and stuffed a salmon puff in my mouth.

Awesome buffet, delicious food, easy parking space, friendly staff. Busy always during weekdays & weekend. Plenty of space for business meetings & dinner parties.

Food is great and with reasonable price. We love coming back here. Clean and tidy place too.

Love this space! Outside area in summer is fantastic, you can enjoy a beer while your kids play in the water park area! Buffet food was great also

Good place for a feed at reasonable prices at all you can eat restaurant & if you go home hungry, you're still sitting on your chair.

We had a club Christmas party at the Grange buffet and i must say the food was great and the staff were so helpful to make the day a success

Mediocre choice of food. If you have been to Star Buffet, it's only 1/3 the choice of food. Taste also is hit or miss. Sometimes too salty, sometimes not much flavour. But if you just want to fill your belly, then this is the place.

Held my mother’s 90th birthday celeberation yesterday in the Ballroom. We ordered the club’s caterered food. From start to finish, the whole event was a blast and we were very impressed with the food - there was plenty, very generous servings. Staff were friendly and helpful and quick to clear used plates and cutlery. They were helpful also in meeting all our requests. Very impressive indeed. Special mention of thanks to Rachel, who was very supportive and helpful from start to finish. Thank you Rachel making it special for us. Many of our guests had a different opinion of Blacktown Workers Club after last night. Highly recommend if any one needs more info. Only negative was that the dishes were not labelled.

Very sorry this was meant to be on Blacktown Club not the Workers Sports. I don't know how to change that.

First time in sport cafe. It’s really impress me with quality of food and service. I love how the team provide their work timely, super clean place and they are super friendly. Food is really good. Come with huge portion. Thank you sport cafe team for a yummy food and great service. I like to credit to a lady chef who manage her team and this place so well. Can’t wait for the next visit

Great club with an awesome outdoor area. Had lunch at grange buffet which was very busy. Buffet was ok.
