2Took my HM chair here for warranty service. The staff are excellent from online enquiry, warehousing and product management. Only took 3 weeks for my 10 year old to be fixed under warranty!
Called to inquire about a Herman Miller Aeron chair and was told that someone will email me for a quote within the day. Had to call the following day for a follow up, only to be told that they can't sell to me since I was in VIC and they can only sell in NSW. Advised them that I plan to purchase and have it in NSW, and then was rudely asked if I plan to move it elsewhere. I told them they had no business asking where it'd be located after purchase. Found another supplier for the chair who was friendlier and more accomodating. A total fail on sales experience with this company.
