Our company has been using Work Options for over 5 years. We have found their service delivery excellent in every respect. We have formed productive relationships with a number of Work Options staff. They are our 'go to' people when we have any workplace health & safety issue.

I've had and am still having very positive and encouraging relations with Work Options. My husbands case manger Ash was wonderful then went on leave and now we deal with Sarah who is equally delightful, helpful and knowledgeable. Just what my husband needs to get back on track and find work.

I would recommend services for this organisation. Our experience is that they have competent occupational therapist who will offer immediate solutions rather than concentrating on the number of visits. Ozlem, senior rehab consultant, is professional and enthusiatic to help injured workers.

I’ve been with work options for almost 2 years and it feels like it’s been forever. The sad part about it is the goodbye once you recover and are back to your normal duties. Work Options has gone above and beyond to help me achieve my goal and have kept all the stake holders in loop with real time updates. They have been the ear to my whining and the shoulder to my weakness. I hope and wish them well for their excellent service and all that with such grace and smiling face which is hard to find these days. A special thanks to Diana, Ozlem and last but not the least Ashrit. They have always been there to help me and I am sure many like me who have been recovering after unfortunate events in their lives. I guess words feel short to express my feelings towards their service and ending up is the way out.
