Woolworths Mona Vale reviews
34One of the best. The team running this place are always super friendly and helpful. Produce always looks well presented too.
Polite people and a nice store, but I would recommend against using the online ordering or direct to boot because of how often items are forgotten, no substitute given, and you are still charged for the items.
I love it! Recently moved up to Bayview and Mona Vale Woolworths is a fantastic place to shop. Easy parking, great variety of products and a pleasant and clean shopping environment.
Big store, lots of variety, however as its not my usual store, I found the floor staff a little unhelpful when I couldn't locate an item. Also parking can be an issue depending on the time of day.
The usual excellence we’ve come to expect from the Woolworths brand is evident here too.
Kerrie, the store manager is the epitome of great customer care (not just service, but genuine care). I secretly call her my Kerry god mother.
The store is clean tidy roomy lots of free parking. The self checkouts annoy me if I take too long to put things in my bag because it's collapsed they nag! Some things are pricey so I shop around. Today I tried to get a medium size yoghurt 0.60 per kg (or litre forgot) whereas the larger was 0.39 per. I'm the only person at home that eats it so buying a large can create food waste. I don't mind paying a little more for smaller size but 0.21 c is too much. Supermarkets need to be fairer with their pricing.
The shop and everything is great, but i have now for the third day in a row seen woolies staff sit in uniform, at the benches by the main entrance and they clearly very ill or unwell. Coughing their lungs out, sneezing. No masks or nothing. These people look like they are from the butchery or bakery. They handle food! What the hell? !
I thought I lost my wallet at woollies. I put in a simple phone call. The worker at woollies Kerrie asked me a few questions about the time I was there and how much I spent etc…. Kerrie then went to the trouble to look up last nights CCTV of me at the counter - she described what I was wearing and she could see me put my wallet back in my pocket. This is what I call exceptional service -now back to the search for the wallet.
Woolworth Mona Vale huge! Had heaps of items that were cheaper, newer. There seemed to be people to assist all over the place. Nice.
Woollies are struggling at the moment, and understandable. Shelves are empty due to lack of delivery however always a friendly staff on board to help out.
Mona Woollies is best in the beaches. Feels like an up market version of woollies
Has premium stuff you don’t get at other stores
This store always does have the freshest food but it looses a star because it opens at 7am, whereas Coles opens at 6. So a few times I’ve reluctantly had to goto coles instead.
Best Woolies I've been to in Oz. Clean, fresh well merchandised fresh produce. Good deli, butcher & cheese departments
Hat große Auswahl und immer Sachen zum halbe Preis, oder teils reduziert. Ansonsten verglichen mit Aldi ist es etwas teurer wenn es nicht reduziert ist.
Super friendly staff, and you can find almost anything you need for your daily routine. Near many beautiful beaches
Great all around supermarket. Has pretty much everything you need. They also have great deals when they have specials so keep an eye out, worth checking out for your groceries.
Very poor customer service experience with management on my last visit has soured my opinion on this store that I've been a customer of since i was a child.
I was there late in the evening, just before closing, and one of the shelf-stackers went out of her way to help me find an item.
Good size store, good deli and seafood selection. In-store butcher section and hot takeaway food.
Considering your Employees must Scan Customer Products and probably Scan 100's if not 1000's per day that other people have potentially touched why do you feel it is a good idea to make Customers pack their own Bags.
After the Checkout Girl/Guy has touched the Product. Unless you change gloves after every single Customer you serve it makes 0 difference and you clearly do not so it just seems lazy and unprofessional and like there is 0 reason the Employees YOU PAY cannot just pack the bags for us.
(This is literally probably one of the most important times that Customers WOULD NOT want to be Packing their own Bags and your Competition who is 10x faster and 10x Cheaper than you is right across the Street)
Do you honestly feel making people pack their own bags is a good idea during this time and do not even mention the CoTrack App that some people do not want to Download considering the GOVT always fails to deliver on promises and it was already hacked into and Android phones could be Tracked for 2 minutes as some type of a defence where as if we had the APP we would somehow "Know" if someone in the Store had it
People who have it would be staying at home or not have installed the app.
