Worst woollies in Australia.
Bad customer service I have ever experience in my life.

The place closes at 10pm and the security guard approached me in a threatening manner a few minutes before closing and invited me to leave. You still have to learn manners my friend, because from what I read, I'm not the first to point out that you are rude. Good job dude!

Strange store layout but to there credit they have crammed alot of stock on to a bizarre floor plan. Shelves are all full, but the staff let it down coz ther know wer to b seen! If you're claustrophobic this store is not for you.

I am fed up at this point for a year now. You're Security guard has been following me around the store and making me feel very uncomfortable. Why has nothing been done about cause I bet I am not the only woman his done this? Until sonethung is done, I won't stop there. I'm utterly disappointed in you woolworths kings cross

Purchased coffee and toasted sandwich to go. Threw coffee away - disgraceful. Sandwich wasn't much better. My error, doesn't pay to try and cut costs, better to pay a little extra and able to enjoy.
Never go there again.

Handy location above train station. Love the specials. It’s more for a top-up rather than full shop. Easier to access than the nearby basement Coles.

Best feature is it’s cafe in store - offers free coffee when >$30 spent in one shop. Limited selection (is a Metro store after all)

Didn't feel too comfortable with One security guard was looking at me and following me around the store today just cause of the way I look.so Judge mental he was.

Unique concept store combining a maze and supermarket. Difficulty levelled up by placement of non-refrigerated foods in non-operating fridges. Creative.

The layout is tortuous! The shop is sort of triangular, so its not easy! Otjer that that its a fine standard Metro.

Very interesting store. Not the usual big neat shopping center rows, but very windy. Certainly a different experience. Very friendly security guard.

Ordered some certain items online but instead of them got what I didn’t need at all. Moreover they didn’t take back that unsuitable products

I’ve had to leave the store because the register was unattended! The security guy had to call someone through the store microphone. A certain “Kratish” I believe. They never came.

It's a Metro store so expected a smaller selection. What I didn't expect was half the store empty with a vague covid and staffing related excuse on flyers. This was in September 2020,6 months after Sydney's lockdown. Had to go to Coles afterwards boohoo

The location is near the train station which is very convenient for shopping. But it closed too early.

Went multiple times.worst service.store is just filled with indian staffs who were just talking and gossiping in their own language even when customers were there seeking help. Next when i went to pay and had problem in checkout no one came the girl was in the cafe and there was no otherstaff in the checkout.

Pretty good location being right next to train station, it's also a cafe which is a plus, their coffee, meals and baked goodies are great. There's a wide range of groceries enough for an express shop! Tip: the exit and registers are behind the cafe:)

Easy accessible, wide range of products, fast check outs. Staff is very responsive and friendly.

That is the best Woolworth I have ever been to and the cafe was cheap and lovely and the coffee was hot and foof was fresh every day and staff was very nice and friendly and helpful and the manager was nice and I have no fault at this place and easy to get to near the hostel. And motel.

Whenever I'm requested to get something, they don't seem to have it on the shelves. Not big enough.
