Woolworths Double Bay

Woolworth's in Double Bay, one of Sydney's wealthiest neighborhoods, has the most luxurious feel I've ever seen.
There are many famous restaurants and cafes nearby, so I recommend it to those who are traveling around this area.

It is located behind the Double Bay Library while passing through the main road and sidewalk, so it is easy to miss it, so it is recommended to use maps to find it.

Sydney, Australia, beef is very good. I bought it cheaply and it was in really good condition at home.

Delivery of food to door is amazing rather have not covid but I did better than normal in getting everything I wanted

Undergoing a revamp at the moment- slightly chaotic. But it should become a flagship store by the time they're finished, and some of the changes they've made already look like they could work well.

Its woolworths as you might expect. When will they get the fresh seafood even 50% right. Such a shame for the locals.

Bought a pack of supposedly 'fresh' mixed sashimi the other day from Woolworths Double Bay. When I sat down to eat it, less than half an hour later, the "tuna" had a decidedly chemical taste and the texture was like plastic.
The upshot of this was that I had food poisoning for the next couple of days. I emailed the store a week ago and still have received no response from the store, which is pretty pathetic form.
This is the last time I'll be purchasing sashimi from this store and I suggest you think twice in case you're planning to buy 'sashimi' - or whatever it really is - from here too.

Meat is dreadful lately, underside of meat tends to be fat, hidden under a reasonable quality top side. Rest is OK.

Had such a lovely experience with a member of staff today! I was in search of a dairy free coffee, and the lovely gentleman who was stocking the milk section this evening went to great lengths to find me something! He even tracked me down in the aisle after we thought that there was not anything. I regret not asking his name, but he was so lovely and the whole experience made my day! He deserves a raise:)

Easy directions offered for a 'direct to boot' shopping order. Swift service on arrival. Good range of products in stock.

Quite a number of shoppers, haven't seen any empty stand. Check out very efficient and do not need to wait for long.

An ego trip for Woolworths - visit occassionally - always empty. Mainly same products as Woolworths 50m away. But pay more

We love the layout and uniqueness, great flowers as well. It’s not as busy as main woolies next store which is nice. Only complaint is the price of some of the items at the cafe

Their direct to boot service is shockingly poor. Twice I have tried it and both times have been left waiting for at least half an hour after notifying of arrival through the app as instructed, then when realising they definitely weren’t coming I ended up having to call the store to ask what was happening and they suggested I hadn’t checked in properly. I’ve done this service at other stores in the area and hadn’t had a problem. Only did it at this one these couple of times because they had products available my usual stores don’t stock. Won’t bother with this service again unless they can get more on top of their systems so it works.

Best Woolies ever! Free parking. Has scan and go. New trolleys. Huge selection of cheeses, seafood and meat. Dan Murphy’s next door. What more could you want?

Large store and great layout. Easy to find what you're looking for. Not to busy during the day.

Large and convinient. If not for parking. One free hour. None of my cards working at their machines - at boomgates or inside the parking. Had to go to ATM. Twice bitten- won't go there again

Easy to move about store, well lit and good array of produce available. Meat and fruit v.good. Fish so so, bakery lacks personal touch but cheese excellent.

Nice fresh food sections and I like their bakery. Prices ok. Very nice setup, easy to navigate.
