Woolworths Crows Nest reviews
78Not a convinent supermarket to shop at. It is split to two levels so constantly up and down btw floors.
This woolies is quite big with 2 floors and huge variety of everything. Bonus is its got a multilevel parking right beside!
3 hours free parking would be better especially on weekends considering I’m spending ~$200 on my weekly shop
One of my go too’s due to being one of the selected stores for scan and go. Has two levels with areas easy to navigate along with timed free parking
I take a group of residents there every Wednesday morning for 2 hours pleasant workers smiling faces and the products there's always a bargain or special been going there for close to 5 years and here we are and a new year and still taking residents shopping even though we are closed for 5 weeks so residents don't have to worry I still take them to woolies
Prices are getting very high and the store won't offer plastic bags to patrons. Instead, nylon bags (another petroleum based product.so you can imagine how little sense this makes) are offered for a price of $1.00 each.
I'm afraid that any store that asks more money for everyday items and then refuses to provide plastic carry bags to bring these expensive items home doesn't rate very high on my "customer satisfaction" scale.
Fantastic selection for the location! So many great ready-made meals and snacks on the go.however, everything is slightly more expensive than usual here, particularly fruit and vegetables.good for a regular shop but would highly recommend going to a smaller, locally-owned business for better quality and priced produce
Good store. HORRIBLE flat breads. Do NOT even think about buying them from this store. The middle part of all faltbreads are burnt and break as soon as you open the package.
It's always a pleasure to shop at Woollies Crows Nest; a real treat for me.
I can't even start to compare with Woollies Warringah where I usually shop.
Split level Woolworths store. Has local range of produce and normal groceries on the other level.
Not so big and full range but nicely presented layout with lots of staff members were available to serve. Parking a little challenge otherwise good super market place
Very clean, exceptional staff and Lotsa different foods. Also for some time now they have introduced bring it own container for chicken etc (less plastic)
Split over two levels with fresh food on level one. Staff always very helpful and always quick to checkout. Disadvantages having to park in the council car park which can become very congested especially at weekends. Also if you forget something on the lower level it can be abit annoying to take the travelator back down with a pram or trolly.
I had a very bad experience yesterday. I went to buy some gift cards and staff made me wait for like 10 minutes then manager or supervisor came I don’t know exactly who and give me such a bad look from top to feet asking why you need these gifts card in a very rude way. I myself work in woolies but in my workplace I’ve never seen someone treating customer like criminal. I told more than five times that I’m planning to buy a new phone so I need a gift card but they made me feel so embarrassed. I live in Crows nest. Unfortunately I have to go to this store but I’ll try to avoid.
I come here regularly. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
They've created a sort of ICU for the fresh-cut herbs in the vegetable section. To prevent them going limp there's a mister device. It's a novel display but they're still limp. Nice try though.
I had a complex enquiry and was servers by the store supervisor Payal, she is very professional and resolved my enquiry efficiently. The store is well presented, staffs are nice and have great customer service care mindset. A 10/10 experience, well done Payal and her team!
.
Clean neat & staff are always friendly. Some may be put off by the travelator down to the bulk of the stores products.
Plenty of stock and rarely need to wait to check out. Convenient parking and spacious lift access.
Great split-level Woolies - we’ve switched to Click and Collect since the latest lockdown and it’s been a seamless experience each time.
Typical Woolies.ample parking which is 3 hrs free, awesome service specially for click and collect
