But registers not enough staff.
Managers rude at 9pm.at night when you ask for something from the deli you can't get.

Easy to find what i wanted. Great place for a quick pick up essentials or a full weeks shop. Its got the lot, great specials also.
Using the app for my shopping list is ultra handy as well. In a hurry no problem. Always have what I'm looking for. Fast & friendly staff & They even go out if their way to help. Great specials in store. Always somebody about if I do have a problem to

Amazing people. Tried to buy a banana for my little one but the staff would not let me pay and gave it free as they said "Free fruit for kids"

The staff at Woolworths Jordan Springs are so awesome, helpfull & friendly, they make shopping a much nicer experience. The store is clean & tidy & it is easy to find what your looking for.

I was recently diagnosed with Covid and when I rang the store to cancel my order, the lovely girl I spoke with couldn’t have been more helpful, she even offered to deliver them herself! I have always have had perfect, friendly service. The staff and therefore their leadership are amazing. This store is a credit to the company and means I keep coming back.

Just want to say the worker at the self serve check out was so amazing, I had the wrong card and was buying bread when it declined.

Great service. Fiona is so nice, polite, friendly and doesn't care what You look like or where You're from, the world is a better place because of People like Her, Nila and Alyssa are really good at Their jobs also very polite. New management is rude and abrupt, the friendliness has gone and the Staff are no longer happy. Bad management means bad service, such a shame because it was a great place to shop before, back to Aldi We go.

Never enough registers open and staff at express checkout/smokes counter are disgustingly rude they also don't listen

Jordan Spring woolworths is a nice friendly environment there's is never a massive line
Staff are always friendly and helpful and willing to help you when you need it.

I am grateful to see frozen Huon salmon in this shop. They have great stuff too like Babushka Kefir, Pasture raised Eggs and other organic products that are sometimes hard to find in west. Thank you for your hardwork Woolies JS.

Love the new setup. Loads of varieties or seems to be. Staff are great. Only problem is that I've always walked out with more than my initial shopping intentions. Ugh.

Huge! I like the lay out. Spacious! Aisles go full length, not chopped in the middle as it is at Woolworth Emu Plains.

I know latelt people have had a temporary loss of sanity & basic intelligence & are stockpiling certain items as though it was doomsday but I haven't seen a scrap of toilet paper or paper towels on the shelves at Jordan Springs Woolies in weeks. I normally shop late afternoon - maybe Woolies could consider restocking items in demand at different times of the day so that everybody apart from the doomsay preppers have a chance to make those purchases.
