I ordered three tall bookcases in mahogany after one of my very old IKEA bookcases collapsed. I decided then to get three new already assembled bookcases, and replace all of the old three IKEA. Every step of the way Olivia from Wood World made it so easy for me to choose and order and arrange delivery. The bookcases are superb. Then I decided I needed 3 extra shelves because the bookcases are tall. I could make a thin shelf for the long books and lie them flat. That was again easily arranged and I picked them up from their premises at Villawood today. I met Olivia and the two men constructing the furniture. It’s a huge floor where the men work in wood. Upstairs in a showroom of sorts is extraordinary wood furniture of every description. A huge room of fascinating furniture. I’m so happy with my bookcases. They create amazing works.

This is my regular "go-to" place for all of my furniture needs over the years. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The stock is of good quality and affordable prices. Strongly recommend that you stop by if you are buying any wooden furniture.

Beautiful material and quality but customer service sucks. I expected furniture to be delivered and assembled by the workers, unless I bought it online. Before you come at me with the “learn how to do it yourself”, I would kindly not. A lot of us are not trained to assemble a piece of furniture, whilst they have workers who are perfect for the job. I paid for a beautiful bed and I would like it put together by professionals so I can experience all the quality of the bed. I can do it myself, but the bolts would not be as tight nor as straight as when a trained person do it. You can do your owm tax but getting an account sure would help, right? Anyway, thank you for the quality pine wood bed but for sure would go for lesser quality with better customer service.

Olivia and her team is amazing. I ordered two bedframes and one mattress from them. Very solid and good quality timber and price was very reasonable. Delivery was punctual and fast. I chose the basic delivery and installation for one person only. Olivia said I might need to help out a bit but John, the delivery champion did all the work without me helping.

Woodworld furniture at villawood, are fabulous. Olivia and William are great to deal with, and the quality of the cabinetmaking is superb. I have separately ordered 2 custom built full height tassie oak china cabinets with leadlight, both were superb. Highly recommend

Just terrible quality furniture. It all broke within a month. NEVER BUY FROM WOODWORLD, they are absolutely clueless, rude and only want to steal your money. WILLIAM IS RUDE, ARROGANT; A THIEF AND A LIAR! Took him to court to get my money back. AVOID (I took you to the acc and won mate) GOT MY MONEY BACK

William is extremely professional and has great sense of judgement. He has shown great depth of knowledge and during our initial and final consultation he has been extremely nice. The overall furniture was beyond my expectation and the price was fairly reasonable for the quality. I will definitely recommend this place.

We were looking for solid wood furniture and in general what they supplied was good. They paint the runners which increases the noise of the drawers opening and closing and we had one issue with one draw that one of their technicians did some repair on - it is still scraping and they refuse to come and fix stating that it is normal - really disappointed - about there after sale service - Ikea furniture that we had for 10 years is quieter and smoother when it comes to the drawers

We were struggling to find a style of furniture to suit our living and dining room so we decided to go to Wood World and we are so happy we did! William took our ideas and turned them into reality and we could not be happier with the end result. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and Australian made, which is important to us.
