I would recommend this place to anyone. Had my 20 weeks scan done with dr Stanley Ng. He was very professional and care to explain everything and answered our questions. My baby was very uncooperative but he was very patient and took extra time to get the measurements correctly. Very happy with the service I got from this place.

My partner did three scans here for her pregnancy. The first two were great with Dr The (Stephanie) and the last one with Dr Ng (Stanley). Please avoid him at all cost! I am not joking here cuz he was very unprofessional and harsh to my partner that she was already under stress for her pregnancy. The three stars are for the facility, receptionist and Dr The (the best radiologist that we have ever had).

I would recommend this place. Did my week 20 and week 36 scan with WDU. Week 20 scan was done by Dr Ng and he was incredibly patient given that my son was very uncooperative but he still did things professionally and answered questions that i had. Week 36 was done by Dr The and she is nice, told me and my husband what we are looking at. Again son was uncooperative so she had a bit of difficulties getting the needed information. She too was patient. I'd say worth it! I'd go back to them if need to.

I had both my 13 and 20 week scans here. Both doctors I saw were fantastic (Dr Stephanie and another male doctor). Reception staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The staff here are incredible! So supportive and caring. They made my hycosy experience so comfortable and the gorgeous midwife stayed with me the whole time cause I was alone. Reception was lovely as well!

Had such a positive experience here today my ultrasound technician was amazing! He took so much extra time and care to explain everything to me and gave great advice for a future appointment I need due to my previous babies complex medical conditions. Highly recommend worth every penny.

This is by far the best place I have been for ultrasounds.
I have tried many but nothing beats the proffesionalism courtesy and specialisation of the doctors here.
Both the doctors Stanley ans stephenie are very hood and highly knowledgeable.
Mine was with Dr. Stephenie who was vwry calm patient and very co-operative.
Receptionist staff are very welcoming and co-operative. I would alwys choose Women Diagnostic ultrasound over any other place. They are not bulk billed but worth it.

I had hycosy test with Dr. Stanley, however he was nice in the beginning when he did the ultra sound, but when it was time for hycosy, obliviously it is a painful test hence I was uncomfortable but I was trying my best for test. But then he started being rude and impatient. And he started using harsh which had hurted me the most. Well then comes the report where he says that I have polypoid thickening of the anterior cervix, hence my Dr.suggested me to go for a surgery and remove the polypoid.

Alright I went to see Surgery Specialist, another big fees, and when she examined me, she said I have nothing like polypoid it was clear.

Hence by seeing Dr. Stanley, I had wasted my time, money and because of his harsh words I cried for the entire day. I will never recommend Dr. Stanley for such sensitive test.

When I see the overall rating is just 3 star, I knew it wasn’t just me have been treated poorly there. Reception ladies are all very nice and polite, I’m talking about the ultrasound person here. I went there twice, one on my week 19 pregnancy and 36 week one as well. Both made me uncomfortable and the way they talk to you weren’t polite and being harsh to my partner. I really don’t recommend this place, but still gave it another chance and came here did my 36 week scan as well. Now my partner doesn’t like it either. He’s usually quite generous and understanding people, so based on what we both feel, we don’t recommend pay to get such people scan you and test you for something so important. We all deserve better service!

The ultrasound job is terrible. Compared with my wife did in the public clinic before, which took about 1 hour and the doctor was really nice and patient to check all parts of the baby, while at Women’s Diagnostic, the ultrasound goes so fast and rush.

I won’t come again spending $300 to do such a test. It is just because my Dr refer us to here.

The facility is more advanced than the public one, and the lady in reception is so nice. That is the reason I put 2 stars.

Dr Stanley is kind, patient, knowledgeable and experienced. All the staff are friendly. Especially midwife Jackie.

Super friendly service. The doctor and his assistant both explained what was going to happen before the procedure to put me at ease.

Dr The and Dr Ng are both very experienced and professional. They were very patient as well with my difficult U/S. It was a truly joyful experience getting my ultrasound done there. Staff was also quite friendly. Highly recommend this place.

I have been attending here with my partner for quite some time as we are expecting our first child. The manners, attitude and respect of the two receptionists at this business is disgusting. Particularly considering the vulnerability in which people find themselves having a child. I have witnessed cases of gross disrespect and sheer bad manners on every occasion I have attended. A piece of advice.trying emulating the consummate professionalism & good manners of the two doctors who work there.

They have hired old and angry women at the front desk who are rude and have no respect. Had a appointment at 11.30 i was told that the doctor was running 1 hour late. After telling the receptionist since this is a private hospital and i would be paying to see the doctor it would of been nice to get some notification before hand. She answered back sarcastically oh really oh well i can rebook you for a different day.while slouching over the desk 10cm away from my face.

The receptionist was rude. Was told that the doctor will be late and I asked if they can give me a indicative time and she said I need to call me to find out. No sorry or apologising. That said, the doctor is great. Ive got Dr Stanley Ng, he's thorough and did the scan methodically. I'd say that if they just improve on front desk service, the experience will be great.

We met with a very rude middle aged midwife who seems to have no empathy towards first time moms. You can't even ask her a question without her looking at you all annoyed. One of the receptionists has a similar negative attitude. I think the only reason these people are getting any business is obstetrician's from the Westmead private hospital are recommending this place which is what happened to us.
