They’re the best! So thorough and fast. They also attend to the little touches that make it lovely to come home to like blankets folded artfully on the ends of the beds. They also take the time to move items around so they are able to dust or vacuum - like under my son’s clothes rack in his room and around our ‘tea centre’ in the kitchen. Thank you!

I tried to book a cleaning service a couple of weeks ago. I left my details including credit card details on the form. I clicked a button but haven't received any confirmation, neither on my phone or email.

Turns out autocomplete put one of my previous addresses I don't use anymore. The activation email was sent to my alternate address which I never confirmed.

Regardless of that, the company went ahead with booking and arbitrary date and taking the deposit from my credit card.

A few days laterI received a text informing there is a cleaning service coming on a date I haven't picked. The text didn't even have any indication of who the service provider might be, but because I looked at this company before I wanted to be sure there is no mistake made. I tried to reach by the phone and use the web form to cancel it with zero response.

On the day of scheduled cleaning, no one came or even called me. Later I found I was charge on my credit card for the service.

After a few days of silence I got a response about how to request a refund. After a follow up they provided me with a screenshot of transaction details belonging to email address I never activated. Meanwhile, I recovered my old email account, only to notice there are activation links waiting someone to confirm the email address. The booking system disregards the fact the activation links have not been followed and email address validated.

Amazing work. They have a good attention to details. I am really happy with their service. My house is super clean.

Who would clean your house for 7 hours and make sure every single corner is spotless and so clean.

The price they charged was so nominal for the service they provided. Perfect example of under promise but exceptional delivery and results.
