Excellent service from Frank. He answered all my questions and delivered free of charge my new Davey Rainbank kit at the best price I could find online and offline.

Frank was extremely helpful in explaining my options to me after learning our specific needs and situation, he took the time to show me various options and the relevant price points. Cool Tech absolutely cater for consumers as well as business, even small pumps for very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place primarily for the excellent customer service.

If there was 10 stars then I would rate Cool Tech 11. I live very remote and hade a failure with one of there bore pumps, to return the pump the freight cost for me (because of my location) would be nearly the same as the pump, after contacting Frank his team sent me a replacement. Thanks again Frank cheers

Vast array of fluid transfer equipment.
Needed a submerged septic pump, had them in stocks, turned up 9 am Monday, too easy.
And the price was even better.

I sent a pump back after it had failed. Frank told me there was nothing wrong with the pump. NOT TRUE.
I had to replace the pump immediately and I didn't want to buy another one off them.
The refund offered was half the products value after one year of use.

Incredible service.my pool pump was delivered within 24 hours. Initially slightly concerned as there was no confirmation or tracking number but who needs these when the goods are couriered so quickly. This is all on top of them having the best prices and no delivery charge. No hesitation in recommending.

So tell me, in the middle of the virus lockdown, when delivery delays are blamed on the circumstances, how is this company capable of providing such great service?
They’re located in Woolongong, I’m in Adelaide. I contact them on Thursday (erroneously thinking they’re in the Adelaide hills), and having been satisfied with their apparent knowledge, order a Davey pressure pump.
Pump arrives at my doorstep the following Wednesday. Great service!

Cooltech provided brilliant and prompt service at every stage. I bought a Davey pump from Cooltech, which turned out to be defective due to a manufacturer's fault. Be careful! Frank will sell you products you don’t really need! Frank from Cooltech closed a deal with our builder and “sold” water tank controller that we really don’t need! When we inform him it’s not working he offer us to purchase another expensive controller which also we don’t need! After all the frustration and spending soo much money we called Davey to send their Technician to check the issue as soon as he arrived he Said “i know them probably another deal.he will not refund you the money for any parts he sold you Try to sell on eBay” absolutely scam!
