George and the team were excellent. Went beyond towing to connect us to local services whom they seemed to have good rapport with. Then when one of the repairs didn't go as planned, they went out of their way to facilitate specialised service to get it right at budget rates.

Joseph was such a legend. He found us a better solution (using his own time and resources) than the insurance company. He went above and beyond!

Hello, you do not know me, but my granddaughter ended up with a tow from one of your drivers yesterday morning after a car rear-ended her Toyota Corolla on Mt Ousley. First of all, can you thank your driver for me on the care he gave her yesterday as her descriptions were of a very caring individual. I would also like to thank you for the care and advice given following this with the insurance complexities, and managing to arrange the hire car she got this morning. My car broke down out of no where and these guys responded on the phone promptly and were with me on a busy road to tow my car to the mechanics within 20 minutes. The man who towed the car was nice and respectful which means a lot to a young woman alone in a vulnerable position. The price was better than I expected particularly for an emergency tow, with the phone quote and final quote totalling the same. Will 100% call these guys again if I need this service again. Thank you to the man who came to help - I didn’t get your name but you said that you were the boss’s son.

Worst tow company around. They tell you a few hours leave you waiting all day and then tell you if you want it done today call someone else. Dont waste your time with this hopeless company
