I had an injection into my back under CT scan. There was not enough local anaesthetic and I screamed with pain throughout.
Then I was sat up, I told the technician I was about to faint that my head was going black. She left me sitting on the side of the bed my feet not even reaching the floor while she LEFT THE ROOM " to get a wheelchair ".

When she returned I was lying unconscious on the floor in a pool of blood. I had fainted and hit my head open on a stand left nearby. I got 7 stitches in my forehead.

I have not received a reply to an email I sent next day, nor have I received any kind of welfare call or follow-up. (it's now 3 months and I still have dizziness as a result.

A very comfortable and satisfactory experience; both times I’ve visited here recently, a suitable appointment time was readily available, staff made me feel welcome and Jackie looked after me perfectly…she is so lovely and I appreciated the friendly camerarderie shared with her colleagues!

Good service. Toilets need to have hooks installed on back of door. There was no-where to hang my handbag.

From the moment I phoned to book my appointment to the moment my scans were given to me, this practice went the extra mile! Everyone was polite, courteous and concerned and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a positive one! Thank you to the staff on reception and also to the two delightful professionals who handled the mammogram and ultrasound, your sensitivity, thoroughness and concern were greatly appreciated!

I had an ultrasound with Rocco. I found him to be rude, unprofessional and uncaring. He was abrupt and had no compassion for my situation. I will never visit this practice again

The staff are so lovely and caring and make you fell comfortable in sometimes difficult situations. Would highly recommend.

I had a biopsy today and I have to say. All the staff including reception staff, all the highly skilled Drs
and the beautiful nurses who talked me through it and held my hand. No rock was left unturned.

Please thank the CT operator who was so kind and concerned for me on Friday (12th Nov) afternoon. Also the lovely lady on the desk, who stayed until my reports were ready. I took their advice and went to the hospital and am now fine. I am very grateful, you are so kind and caring. Kay Cox

Highly professional team who made adjustments to assist me with my claustrophobia issues during MRI procedures. Modern / more spacious MRI scan equipment.

Went for a mammogram and breast ultrasound, the radiologist was so lovely and professional. I highly recommend the Women’s imaging suite staff!

Unprofessional reception staff, Booked for my wife two weeks ago, she had to wait 3: 30 hours after her appointment time! Never go again.
