7I had terrific experience for my Doppler. Very clean waiting area. Reception staff responsive. Female blonde ultrasoundist outstanding professional (apologies - forget name). All helpful as I was on crutches. I have MRI next week at Corrimal so see how that goes. I've been to all imaging places around Wollongong over the years. I'll now ask for Wollongong Diagnostics as my first choice. I especially applaud their providing client with scans and reports without 7 day delay or other ridiculous impediments imposed by other imaging centres.
Poor patient management, long waiting times beyond appointment time, poor communication. Avoid if able
I had come in very excited to get my 20 week ultrasound done thinking I would get to see my baby. Not only did the man have the monitor faced away from me so I did not get to see anything during the entire ultrasound, but he also decided to tell me that "HIS" feet where big without even asking if I wanted to know the gender of the baby then in the end gives me the discharge slip and tells me I can go. I had to actually ask him about the photos before he even considered asking if I wanted them. Then I get home exited to just be able to see the pictures and not a single one of them was clear enough to know what I was looking at. I am strongly disappointed and I Feel like what was meant to be be a beautiful experience was ripped away from me.
I couldn’t recommend the Wollongong Diagnostics practise highly enough. From the moment I booked in over the phone through to the whole procedure, the secretary was so polite and accomodating to my utmost satisfaction. I highly commend and thank the doctor and assistant that administered the cortisone injection. Thanks to all for your efficient service.
I needed to bring my elderly Grandmother to have a CT scan today. Kellie was absolutely amazing with helping manoeuvre and communicate with her. Thank you Kellie for your assistance, Gran commented in the car that you were lovely and really made a stressful situation so much easier on us all.
The receptionist was very polite to me, took my paperwork. The radiologist was friendly, the student radiologist was very friendly & understanding of my disabilty. Thank you.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I was in your Centre this morning in Wollongong and I was very unhappy with the service I received. Do you teach your front of desk staff how to look after your customers? Obviously not.
There were two receptionists at the front desk. One had finished with the customer before me and was completing the paperwork needed for that customer. She did a great job and was very professional and polite to me. Thank you to her.
The other receptionist to her right had been on the phone for five minutes talking to who knows who about a problem. I'm sorry but when you have three people waiting in line to receive service in your reception area, please put the person on the phone and look after the people in your reception area first. That's common sense. I've been in retail for more than ten years and I was disgusted with this level of service. I will not come back to your business.
