Many will advise to go with local agents when selling your home as they know your suburb best. Based off our experience, working with Wolf Property Group we are glad we did not listen to this advice when selling our Roselands home. Mitch and Les brought a fresh, energetic attitude and showed a genuine excitement with taking on the challenge of selling our home. They read the market perfectly, brought our auction forward and together with their chosen auctioneer, undertook a very exciting and enjoyable auction which resulted in a price well above our expectations. Their results speak for themselves.

AVOID! In 10 years of renting with agents I have never experienced anything quite as bad than with Wolf Properties. From start to finish I experienced lies, disorganisation and every effort to try and extort as much money from myself as possible. Property promises were not kept, unsafe living conditions and constantly trying to bump up the rent after requesting repairs that were absolutely essential. Had to go to tribunal to try and get my bond back. They were found to be in the wrong and had to pay extra on top of the bond due to the clear lies and neglect they put me through. Please take my advice and consider all other estate agents first. Avoid this agency at all costs please! Les and William are particularly unprofessional and deceitful. Please do not listen to the agent replies to negative reviews as “fake” these bad reviews are all very real and this just shows another way in which they lie and twist things to suit themselves.

He was responsive and facilitated an appraisal the day of initial contact, to list my property within a week and sold within 7 days for above market price. I'd really like to lease a property they have listed, but cannot seem to get a reply on the two listed phone numbers, nor with the online enquiry through a real estate aggregator site. I understand agents are busy, and that things change quickly, but it's a great property and I feel the landlord might be disappointed to hear that interested parties are being ignore

Absolutely shocking customer service, no working website, no contact information other then one land line that is never answered, been waiting for a reply and proper response for over a week now.

After the experience with our first agent trying to sell our home, we were left feeling let down and without hope. Randomly meeting Les at an open house was a blessing. Les became a friend, advisor and confidante and we decided to entrust Wolf Property Group despite advice from friends and family urging us to go with the biggest agent in the local area.
