I went into the WK showroom yesterday and was served by a lovely lady by the name of Tina, who was very experienced, helpful and patient with me as I was struggling to find the best stone for my kitchen bench tops. Tina went above and beyond to help me make the right decision that suited my needs and what I wanted. Overall very friendly service from Tina and we also had a great laugh. Highly recommend coming here.

We visited there yesterday but I don't want to be there twice. The stones look nice. Sales is horrible and rude. I can't understand why the employer hire this sales. Not recommend.

Would never buy no matter how good the quality is. Customer Service does not exists and Tina is a pain to talk to. Went there the second time as we thought she is just having a bad day the first time we went. No change whatsoever and she is still the same. Rude, arrogant and aggressive. And yes, I gave her the size of the island and kitchen hoping she can give me an estimate of slabs but off she went on her tantrums.

I spoke to a lovely lady named Tina who helped me make selections on the stone for my kitchen. She gave great advice on complementary kitchen cabinet colours and little sample of the stone to take home. When I had forgotten some of the things she had told me, I called back the next day to ask and was pleasantly suprised that she called me back as they were busy that day. Thank you for making a stressful renovation decision so much better.

Never have I ever come across a sales consultant so rude! Avoid Tina!
I went back for a second time today but again the service really lacked. No sales consultant would tell me much on pricing, left us to wonder around when we needed to ask questions no one could be found.not much support here unfortunately.

Absolutly loved Tina, she was so helpful & honest & had good opinions on which styles to pick out for my kitchen!

Avoid asking for any help from TINA, avoid her like the plague, she is rude, arragant and self centered

If chosing Quantum Quartz stone for your bench tops please be aware that they are difficult to deal with if the stone has fault and are not keen to rectify the problem.

I cannot recall the last time I had such wonderful customer service in a store. Chrissie was patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all things stone. Really enjoyed the experience of shopping there. Thank you!

Please inform female employee that drives a white Mitsubishi Ute through tweed heads 30/8, that if she wishes to speed through 40 check point zones, cut people off then give them the middle finger. Please do it in personal car, as it gives your business a bad name. Cheers

We had quantum quartz benchtops installed in our kitchen in July 2020. My wife was delighted with it. Until in October she was lifting a dinner plate from a drawer below the bench. She went to place it on the bench but just tipped the top edge of the bench. The edges had been pencil rounded by the installer. To her horror a piece of "stone" chipped away. We have been trying since October to get the installer to repair the damage.

My wife thought a stone bench would be stronger than this.

The showroom is very good. Samples are well displayed under good lighting. Walk in the huge warehouse of stones. You can get a coffee here.

Ingenious name, I have to admit, particularly considering the quantum aspect. Quantum physics is very intriguing indeed, what with the Schrodinger wave function, the Dirac equation, Elitzur Vaidman bombs, interferometry, probability density, Compton scattering, Brownian motion, zero point fluctuations, the Many Worlds Interpretation, just to name a few.

Great service from these guys. Friendly and helpful staff, huge selection of slabs, surely one of the biggest in Sydney. Very happy.

Unfortunately my experience with the company has been tarnished by my multiple attempts to get the off cuts from my kitchen bench. There were 2 sizeable pieces, for which I paid, meant to be finished and delivered to me, promised by owner John and also the installer. In several phone calls since April 2018, I was assured I would be receiving the off cuts “soon”. It has been 8 months and I am still waiting, and have left John several voicemails but he is not returning my calls. The kitchen company have also tried on my behalf to no avail. The bench looks lovely but I am disappointed with the customer service.

We have been using quantum quartz for many years and our sales rep Jen has excellent knowledge of their products and she is always keeping us updated. Pleasure to do business with.
